DAVID ALAN GRIER WANTS JOINT CUSTODY

According to court documents filed this week, actor David Alan Grier is demanding for shared custody of his one-year-old daughter with estranged wife Christine Kim. The soon-to-be divorced actor is also requesting that spousal support be denied to the mother of his child.
Last month, Christine Kim filed for divorce from David citing irreconcilable differences. Kim requested for sole custody of their child, Luisa, with visitation for the actor, as well as spousal support.
The couple were married in July of 2007.
