Teen actress Keke Palmer, who turns sixteen on August 26th, celebrated her impending 16TH birthday with a prom-themed party in Los Angeles this past Saturday. The Sweet 16 Bash was attended by Keke’s closest friends and family members, which included rapper Lil’ Mama and actors Kyle and Chris Massey.
