*Actress Lauren London is fed up with all the rumors! The usually private actress took to twitter on Monday to address recent rumors involving the paternity of her unborn child. She wrote via twitter:
“Rumors are False! Why won’t they just let us be. Wayne is indeed the Father and there’s no question. We are celebrating a life. Peace.”
She added, “I wish they would just let us enjoy this moment and stop putting false and negative energy out there.” *Wow, who made Lauren so mad?*
*NBA player Kobe Bryant and his family were honored as the “first family” during the opening of the new Pretend City Children’s Museum in Irvine,CA on Friday, Aug. 28, 2009. The Bryant family were even given the keys to the interactive kids’ museum. Visit Pretend City today!
*Whitney Houston performed on ABC’s “Good Morning America” today(September 1, 2009). According to sources, Whitney performed about four songs, one of which featured a brief cameo by her daughter Bobbi Kristina. Yes, Bobbi Kristina got on stage with her mom! *Guess who was spotted having lunch at the Ivy restaurant? Kenneth” BabyFace” Edmonds, Tracey Edmonds, and their kids! The former couple lunched with their sons Brandon and Dylan Michael, as well as Peyton Nicole Edmonds over the weekend. 11-month-old Peyton is Babyface’s daughter with his girlfriend Nicole “Nikki” Pantenburg.

That is a big and quick transition for those Jackson children. I hope they can handle being in school around other people like that….It could possibly be a good thing depending on how people react to them being there. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that Katherine knows what she is doing.

In regards to Michael’s children going to private school, while I do think that it would be great fro them to be exposed to the real world and have some normalcy by being around thier peers, I think that right now may be too soon.
Michael hasnt even been buried yet which means that the children have no true closure and may still need grieving time.
If they start school right now the paparazzi will be following them.
Prince and Paris are pre-teens, and the children at thier school may bombard them with questions.
Lastly, I remember Michael saying on that Martin Bashir interview that he NEVER wanted his kids to go to school, because he didnt want them to experience horrible things because of who he is.
I realize that MJ is no longer around to raise his kids but can’t his family respect his wishes and continue on with the kids education the way that Michael did with tutors and such?
They say that the kids are very smart and speak 4 different languages because MJ had them tutored by college students and professors.

those children cannot be held up in the house all the time they have to learn how to socialize and intereact with other kids of cours there are going to be kids that make fun of there dad but thats life and they have to learn how to deal with mrs katherine is not going to be around to hold their hands forever a lot of celebrity children go to school and they are just fine

@ Amerie…truthfully I dont have an opinion about this delicate situation either way…just concern for the emotional well being of the kids, just as I care about all children in this world.
I am merely stating a fact about Michael not ever wanting his kids to go to school.
Yes, I agree that those kids need to learn socialization amongst thier peers, Im just thinking that maybe it is not a good time for them right now being that thier father hasnt even been buried just yet and that the children still dont have closure.
Thier mental and emotional health is far more important at this time than being in any private school.

While I do understand your point, I disagree w/you. Even if MJ was still alive, keeping the children sheltered is not healthy for their emotional well being. It does not matter how long they wait, people will always have something to say about MJ. When the children are teenagers, adults, so forth, they will still hear people speaking about their father. They need to learn how to deal with it now.
No disrespect to anyone, but MJ is now gone. The decision is no longer his to make, it is Katherine’s & she feels placing the children in private school is the best for them.
Question…why do people need a person to be buried to receive closure? What if the burial doesn’t happen for 6 months? What if the funeral happens within a week, does that mean closure comes instantinuously? I just don’t get the whole closure thing.

@Sherley…Im just saying that at this time private schooling may not be in the best interest of the children.
Colsure is VERY important because if there is no closure, the children may experience a multitude of emotional problems that don’t need to be compounded by outsiders such as the media, paparrazi, ect.
All that I am saying is that private schooling should not be a priority at this time.
These beautiful kids need time to grieve thier father before being thrust into a world that they are unaccustomed to.
1 more year of home schooling wont hurt them.
They can attend private school next year once they are more settled in regards to everything that has happened with thier father as well as these permanent custody (I dont think that Grandma has been given permanent custoday, just gaurdianship at this point) and new found “mother” visitation arrangements with Debbie Rowe.
There is just so much going on right now and it is a very complex situation for these kids.
Our opinions dont count but our prayers will, so lets just keep the kids as well as the family in much prayer.

@ Sherley..in regards to your question about closure.
Death is a part of life.
Michael Jackson’s life on this earth is over.
His family is left with nothing but memories and grief as they no longer have him in a physical sense to hug or to hold.
Once Michael is laid to rest (burial) it is like closing the final chapter on his life physicaly.
As long as he isnt buried, he is in essence still here, though he is not alive.
Look I am not a psycologist, a mortician , nor am I a clergy.
Alls I know is that people need to close up things when a love one dies…thats where burial, thus closure comes into play.
If you dont understand this…well, I dont know what else to tell you.
Maybe someone else on this blog could better explain exactly what closure means….

I understand the logistics behind the word closure. My point is what is the big emphasis placed on it. Women cannot move on from a bad relationship because they did not have closure. A person lost a loved one but cannot move on until the burial? To me, I do not get the huge emphasis on closure. Closure is what you bring to yourself. If you are holding onto something, you will never receive closure, no matter what happens.
My dad died April 4 but wasn’t buried until April 23. I made peace with his death prior to him being buried. I had my closure while his body was getting stiff in the morturary. Maybe I’m being too harsh, but I feel the whole “I cannot move on until I have closure” is a hinderance.
About MJ’s kids, what about the children from non celebrities who have to return to school or their normal lives after a loved one has passed. Are they less sensitive than MJ’s kids? Maybe there is no one around to home school them.

I think being out in school among their peers is what they need. It’s not like they are going to public school. They need to start living a life that’s a bit more normal than being kept in gilted cages. Some times in life they will have to be out and among others and now is a wonderful time to start. I feel certain that Mrs. Jackson and the family will monitor any situations. According to all reports they are enjoying being with cousins and once cousins start school they won’t have that partnership during the day if they have to be locked into home school. But then, I’m not a fan of home schooling anyway.

I agree with the young lady that said it may be too soon for the Jackson kids to be in school with other children. There is a way to gradually have them in this kind of setting.. Its pretty much the same way we transition 3yr olds.. A little @ a time…but then I also dislike the fact that they are completely disreguarding M.J’s wishes. These kids will go thru hell in school..Stupid adults that don’t know how to control themselves will be a problem, the freaking press everyday @these kids school, watching their every move.. I just don’t think its time.. I think Katherine has all those damn people in her house she wants a break during the day. But I pray for the children.. I pray for peace for them…

I respect your opinion, but , you guys are underestimating how resilient children are. Putting them in school now or later will not stop people from behaving the way they are going to behave. People will be jerks, at anytime & anyplace; no one can control that. What everyone needs to do is stop imposing their opinions on these childresn. God will take care of them.
Don’t care much for Kobe, never did, but his children are adorable. He should remember & value them before stepping out on them again.

I read in a magazine that Michael’s kids were very smart. They understood several languages and such. The picture of Kobe and his wife looks a little fake, like she (his wife) was smiling way too hard or it was a bad shot. Can’t wait to see Lauren & waynes baby. It will probably look like both of them instead of one of them.
