“He can’t fit newborn clothes; he’s wearing clothes for 3-month-olds. His cheeks are so fat. He is so healthy. He is just perfect,” Tisha says of her one-day old son.

Ebony, please refrain from making idiotic comments such as the two you made about children with disabilites. These children are no less desirable or loved. Are you the eldest child?
Ebony trust that no one needs your pity. Tisha’s eldest son is no less because of some wiring variations on how he processes the world. Get educated about autism. It is a developmental difference (I don’t like the word disability because it stirs up un-needed and unwelcome pity), that is all. Not a death sentence.
Most newborns are not this cute, but that is one cute picture. Both his parents are attractive and so is big brother, so no suprise.
Just glad the pregnancy, birth and baby seemed to have gone well.
