TICHINA ARNOLD AND DAUGHTER GET SCHOOLED

Actress Tichina Arnold and daughter Alijah Kai,5, attended the “Get Schooled” Los Angeles Conference and Premiere at Paramount Studios on September 8, 2009.
Alijah is now in Kindergarten; Tichina had an “elaborate” pep talk with her daughter before she started her first day of Kindergarten.
“I explained to her that this year, her school work will be more important and that she will have to concentrate more and play less. So after explaining to her what concentrate means, I think she got the point, because she gave me a great recap and run down on her first day. She said she likes her new teacher, she took her nap on time and she didn’t tattletale on a classmate who hid a toy under their pillow during nap time. I am cherishing these type of conversations with her. I am savoring every sentence she says because I know these conversations will soon change. Good Lord, I know the birds and bees talk will be here before I know it!”((Source)

Alijah is so adorable
They grow up so fast. I feel the same way. One minute you’re prepping them for their 1st day of school then before you know it, you’re giving them the pep talk about the birds and the bees!
You can see the pride just gushing from Arnold’s face. That’s a cute daughter.
Alijah has always been a doll. I chuckled at the part where she said she didn’t even tattletale on the child that hid the toy under the pillow. Too cute. Both mommy and daughter are absolutely lovely. Tichina seems like a wonderful mom.
