A QUICK CANDID WITH KIMORA AND HER KIDS
A fresh-faced Kimora Lee Simmons posed with her kids Ming,9, Aoki,7, and baby Kenzo on September 11th.
She said via twitter, “Girls just got home from school. I’m taping, getting ready for fashion show and now the girls are about to do homework!”
On September 15, 2009 at 9:00 PM, Kimora will be hosting her world famous runway show for the fashion press. The Baby Phat Fashion Show will also air live at Times Square in NY and will give fans a chance to view Baby Phat’s new collection for spring 2010. Stay tuned…

Raven, that is your opinion & you are entitled to it, though I don’t know who would put down an infant’s looks–sheez. Also, no one is trying to be nice. We are stating (majority with taste) our opinion that the baby is cute.
The baby does not look like he is part asian, he looks like an adorable black baby even in this fuzzy pic. I wouldn’t guess he was part asian at least not in the pics we have seen thus far, so your comments about that racial mixture not going together are off the mark here.
Kimora Lee’s cute girls further disprove your theory as they do look obviously mixed with asian and black.
I will say one thing, though as someone pointed out that you are named after a bird and not a prized bird at that, I still like your name–4 real.

BB: African genes are mostly dominant. Kenzo is 75% African, 25% Korean so that may be why (at least for now) we dont see an asian in his appearance.

On another note, for those of you/us who think baby phat clothing is expensive (since they mentioned Kimora’s fashion show) she does have a cheaper line of jeans @ Walmart.

Like Irie replied to you, the BabyPhat off shoot is teen girl clothes called “Fabulosity” & is for sale @ JCPenny not Walmart.
While the JCPenney clothes are more reasonably priced ($35 hard shoes & heeled shoes; $25 jeans), I still wouldnt buy it. I m able to get 2 pairs of shirts for $20, while Fabulosity is 1shirt for $18(plus tax). The markup is tooo too too much! The clothes are being made overseas for $1, but end up costing $30. I know we customers have to pay for cost of sending the clothes to the US, cleaning, warehouese storage, but even after that K is still overcharging.
& while she overcharges us for her Fabulosity @ jcpenny, Babyphat, & her “hi end” line KLS, I dont see her always in her own clothes. K & ehr daughter wear things from Kitson, wear Gucci, LVLX, Louis Vuiton, & other overly expneisve french clothes!

As a mother of a 3 month old, my feelings actually got hurt hearing someone speak ill of Kenzo. I’m sure he’s the apple of his mother’s eye and no one else matters. I was raised that if I can’t say nice things (especially about a baby), then I say nothing at all.
Raven, I actually thought my daughter kind of resembled him and thought it was a cool thing… but you’ve insulted him and are a cruel and mean person and indirectly you’ve insulted me. You aren’t a very good person and I think you should learn what’s off limits.

I really cant stand ignorant people so please sabrina take no notice of raven cos i really truly believe that somethings not right in her head..i am a very honest person as im sure most people on this site are if i saw a pic of a child and thought they wernt the cutest i would jus not comment..but the fact that there are so may positive responses just proves hes a beautiful child, perhaps raven is a scorned spinster whos black man left her for a white/asian/latino woman,children are precious and its up to us to protect and grow them up the right way,
as long as you know your child is beautiful, thats all that matters.

however, I will say, being Asian and Black, and coming from a Caribbean island where this mix is typical, I have seen many many beautiful people with this background.

Raven – I totally agree that you are entitled to your opinion, I am however amazed and saddened by it. You are basically saying that that this beautiful baby would look better, if his father had been African American, as opposed to being African. How is that so? Maybe if you explained it scientifically, I might be able to understand it. Where did African American people originate from? I am a US citizen, but I am 100% of African descent. I have in some cases experienced racism from the least likely people – fellow African Americans. I know some of you reading this will find it hard to believe, but believe me, it has happened.
Is there a color called “African” Raven? Because up to this day, I have not heard of it.If a white person said “White and African American don’t go well together,” Even though that would be the person’s opinion (which they are entitled to)Would you not consider them to be ignorant and racist? Do you not see an similarity with what you posted? It’s just sad that in some cases, as black people, we choose to be racist towards each other.
