SOLANGE AND SON GLAM IT UP FOR A FASHION EVENT
Singer Solange Knowles was pictured arriving with her son Daniel Julez,4, to a fashion week event at Bryant Park in midtown, Manhattan on September 11th..
Solange, who is a Houston, Texas native, is thinking about moving to Brooklyn, NY with her son.
In any case, Solange says she starts her apartment search next week, and she’s thinking Park Slope or Brooklyn Heights, some place near her mom and two sisters, who all live in Kings County. And since she has a 5-year-old son, she wants someplace with a yard. But first she has to sell either her house in Houston or her house in L.A., because being a single mom with three mortgages “ain’t gonna happen.” And that yard has proved to be a reality check about New York real estate. “Everyone’s like, ‘And it has a yard!’ And you see pictures, and it’s just a little garden,” she says. “We’re balling on a budget here!”(Source)

As for Solange, I think she is radiant and the short cut really compliments her face. I love her hustle…she’s so determined to be more than B’s kid sister and Daniel’s mom. I think she’s super talented and I respect her craft.

I really admire Solange. Since her divorce, you haven’t seen her with a different “date” on her arm every time she’s photographed. She is being a good Mommy role model for her little man. She’s showing sensitivity and respect for him, which is so important in my view.
