MICHAEL JACKSON’S KIDS AND MOM GET A HUGE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE

According to legal documents made public on September 17th, Michael Jackson’s kids get a monthly allowance of $60,000. Katherine Jackson, the kid’s legal guardian, gets $26,804 a month. That’s a total of 86,000 in monthly allowance.

It appears, however, that a big chunk of Katherine and the kid’s allowances go toward expenses. The children, for example, pay $14,600 a month for salaries and payroll taxes to caretakers. In addition, the three Jackson children receive $13,260  for their entertainment and related expenses. Katherine’s biggest expense is her assistant who gets a reported $4,722 out of the $26,804.

So far, Michael Jackson’s estate is worth more than 500 million and is growing. Katherine and the kids will continue to get their allowances until the estate is probated, which could take between one and two years.

In other related news, Paris, Michael I, and Michael II a.k.a blanket were treated to a private screening of Captain EO last Thursday.  Captain EO is a 3-D film which starred their late dad. The kids, who were accompanied by their uncle Jackie Jackson, “loved” the 17-minute film.

Awwwwwwwww, good for them!!!! I just hope these children can live their life in peace. R.I.P Michael.
Also, I hope Joe don’t get none of that allowance.

  • Pisces says:

That’s good news! It means the kids and MJ’s Mom can maintain the lives they are accustomed to and that he was in good financial standing before he passed away. God Bless You, and RIP, dear Michael Jackson.

  • Joy says:

Lets just pray that the money is being spenton the kids.
We all know Janet got money but I am not forsure about the rest.

  • melmel says:

Their monthly allowance sounds low since his estate is almost worth $500 mil and growing. I wonder if money will be set aside for the kids when they are older. I just pray the money is being spent properly.

  • Amerie says:

This proves that mike was not BROKE.he just did not pay his bills…like the rest of us LOL!

This a lot of money and hope Katherine has a will in place.Lets not forget that she is 79 years old.I would hate for her to pass and the kids end up with Joe,Jermaine,Latoya or debbie rowe.I bet if Debbie Rowe knew that she would be ranking in this kind of cash a month she would have fought harder for custody

  • hmm says:

does anyone really think that money is going straight to the kids I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THAT.

That money is going to Katherine all of it and if the kids need something she will probably buy it but other than that the most likely wont even see 90% of that money.

That will go for all the other grand kids and family members who need it or want “loans”.

They need to have someone outside the family representing the kids so that money gets saved in a special account for them to have access to only.

    • Sunshine says:

The children do have a court appointed attorney who probably has to moniter where all of their money is going until they are of legal age.

    • KIM says:

She doesn’t just get a check cut for that amount made out to her to do whatever she wants. That money is distributed to different areas to provide care for the children, now a little of that does go to her, but the children get a nice cut out of that money a month. The lawyers oversee where that money goes.

  • Midnite says:

Good for Mrs. Jackson I hope she don’t give Jermaine none of the money lol. Then again that is her child too.

  • Jonne says:

awww. that is so cute. he carries around a doll of his daddy. so cute.

  • scorpio says:

dang, i shoulda asked mike to adopt me a few months ago.

  • PlainMean says:

Dammit, i’m Blanket’s mama and I am willing to take in all 3 of those kids!!! Lol Tom Joyner this morning asked all the grandma’s in the world how much do THEY get paid to babysit? Lol definitely not what Mrs. Jackson is getting!

  • Liane Allen says:

I wish it could of remained private. Goodness! It really isn’t any ones business. I guess the judge made his decision on that one. humpf! I pray that Katherine and the children can get some rest and much healing. I hope she can have some peace and focus her energy on rasing those Angels. God bless all!

  • Leo says:

As long as that money goes to support these children and ONLY these children, and not every Tom, Dick and Harriet Jackson with a hard-luck story and an outstretched hand.

  • krazychika says:

good for them, as long as they’re doing ok.

i wish i had some money, i alwaysed wished michael adopted my a#@ lol

  • krazychika says:

i’m glad they saw captain EO and enjoyed it!

    i love it

  • Resse says:

Lawyers are evil. I hate that all of MJs money… even when he was alive went/goes through third parties. I think that is part of the reason why he was in so much debt.

    • Neesy says:

I agree. I think most of MJ’s money problems stemmed for people charging too much and getting away from it. He was an astute businessman and owned the rights of a lot of music, not just his own. When someone has that much control, that’s when all the slick and evil people come out of the woodwork.

I don’t know what happened but it seemed that things started going downhill in the early ’90s. All I hope is that the family doesn’t leave any stone unturned in finding out if anyone at anytime exploited MJ or his estate.

I wish the best for Mrs. Jackson and the children and hope the money goes to them and only them. The siblings had a lot of opportunity to do many things and it isn’t right that they still are hanging onto Michael’s coattails, even in death.
