KIMORA LEE SIMMONS HANGS OUT WITH HER BOYS
Kimora Lee Simmons, sans her daughters Aoki,7, and Ming,9, was spotted at LAX with her beau Djimon Hounsou and their baby boy Kenzo Lee (born May 30th, 2009).
Kimora, who is the President and creative director of Baby Phat Fashions, held a fashion show for the masses last week. The mother of three and TV reality star certainly knows how to stay busy!

See them on a regular now.. So what I will say is I love the fact that kimora doesn’t have a $1000 stroller.. People buy those things for their babies because they see celebrities with them, but they have no cushion in them..

The Chicco stroller is about $300, so I think Djimon bought it, he seesm very sensible.

@amber gray : I think bc it is is 4mo later that Kimora wasnt upset. I think it is right that ppl (celebs included) dont want their newborn seen, as ppl make fun of them. Even now (october) at 5mo old ppl are saying mean things about Kenzo.

I love chicco, they have one of the best and easiest car seats to install. Its really nice to see a celebrity with a ton of money using something that us everyday folks would use. She really does seem to have been humbled since marrying Djimon. Love this family, really nice to see a positive black family.

dlcok i think Kenzo has humbled her as well or has the potential to. As far as them being a positive black family I don’t know about that i thiught people say half black isn’t black so this isn’t a black family then right? Kimora may say she is a black woman but i don’t believe she beleives that for one second. She looks pure Asian and lived her life as an Asian woman. Kenzo is almost 4 months old and his skin is still dark i don’t think his skin is going to change and this is what he is going to be like for life. He has some black little lips to.

BCkay…i didn’t know I had to name every race that ran thru their veins??!! I was just making a blank statement about this family, considering this is a site called “blackcelebkids” I don’t get what the problem is.
When I meet people I don’t give my name n than state that I am mixed with polish, irish, native american, black, etc. Cuz its not what they see nor is it that important.
It doesn’t matter what that baby is mixed with or what Kimora lives by, this still is a beautiful black family in all. I just like the way she has become very humble and down to earth. I think they handle themselves very well.

Kimora is not black, she is biracial. I’m biracial myself, and don’t consider myself black. To consider myself only black would be an insult to my French/Russian Father and his side of the family. First, I am human. Second, I am an American. Third, if people are really really curious and ask me what I am, I’ll tell them I’m mixed and equally proud of my european and african heritage.

I think they make a great couple & she definately seems alot more happier. If you think about it you would hardly see her and Russell together this much. She does semm more humbled and down to earth. Congrats. And one comment on the race issue (Who cares) but if you think about it Kenzo has more black in him then his mother. They look great, they seem happy more power to em.

Djimon and Kimora look so cute together, and Kenzo is the most adorable thing ever. Djimon and Kimora are married though, they just didn’t get married in a church. They got married in Djimons hometown in Africa, and I’ll assume they filled out any documents needed to get it recognized in the US of A!:)
