heck no! I can’t stand seeing little girls with hair pieces and extensions at such young ages.

I had the opposite problem my son had a head full of hair everybody thought he was a girl. He wore little boy outfits and had blue blankets. If I had a baby girl I would not buy it for her. Bald headed babies are cute.
Flag this
OMG!!! I have seen it all!!! Like for real, What the hell!!!
Flag this
Cute baby tho!! LOL
Flag this
No Way!! Babies should be natural.
Flag this
Yes, I would let my baby wear it…..I wonder if they have any that come with streaks in them??…… then I would get her some dangling earrings with her name engraved.
Flag this
lmao right!
Flag this
Wait folks black people can’t take the credit for this! Just look at the baby in the pic and click on the website link! And folks had the nerve to point out that black people are too caught up in their image and appearance! Hmph!
Flag this
lmao

Ditto. With all our hangups regarding hair, I just assumed this came from us. (Shame on me for stereotyping–on my own people at that!) It does look like something that the moms on “Toddlers and Tiaras” would buy though. Just sayin’….

That isn’t a white baby. I’m not sure what race she is, but she looks at least part black, if not Hispanic.
Flag this
That is funny. My daughter had fine thin hair when she was born. I would have never bought any foolishness like that. LOL!!
Flag this
I’m going to call ACS on the people that invented this stupid thing to put on that child . Shame on you
Flag this
OMG that baby is so freakin cute. But as for the product, now common you have got to be kidding me, I hope they don’t authorize this ignorance..
Flag this
Im going to call ACS on the person that created this non sense. Shame on you.
Flag this
Yes I will. My bald baby needs this now. It is bad enough she will be judged in the future, so why not let the judging begin now? And it could be positive judging. I am so buying this hairBand today! Don’t hate!
Flag this
HECKZ-TO-THE-NAAAAAWWWW!
That is beyond foolishness…reminiscent of the folks who dress their puppies in “cute” outfits. O.o
Not.cute.at.all.
Flag this
Somebody PLEASE call CPS!!
Flag this
They are getting them started earlier and earlier. Either way, what a cute baby!
Flag this
Heck Naw!!…lol
Flag this
wow looks like we are teaching them from birth now to be trashy and ghetto. does it come in purple?
Flag this
>>I had the opposite problem my son had a head full of hair everybody >>thought he was a girl
so did i – with both my boys!! and they would be dressed in their high top sneakers and basketball/football tshirts and still people would tell me how beautiful “she” was with all that hair! they each had a head full of hair.
but a hairpiece for a baby – that is just too much!!! there is nothing wrong with a bald little girl. i think they are so cute!

NO! Let the brainwashing begin.

The things people do and come up with to get money.
Well you know halloween is right around the corner….
Flag this
LOLOLOLOL
!!!!!!!
Flag this
i sould never buy that! lol. smh at what people come up with these days.
Flag this
No. Absolultely not. I would not trust a baby to wear this. There would be nothing more embarassing to the mother than to be in public and the baby gets tired of wearing it and throws it off their head for everyone to see that their must is trying to make them into something they are not. Usually babies who are born bald end of with a lot of hair eventually.
Flag this
WITW!! why people WHY? no baby is going to want that mess or even want to keep that on their head looks like it itches. What a hot raggdey mess. NEXT!!!
Flag this
LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who came up with this foolishness? That is a half wig attached to baby headband…just plain crazy. If your baby is bald, let her be and embrace it to the fullest!
Flag this
It does seem that it could be a potential safety hazard if you lay the baby down and the wig slips off close to the baby’s mouth or nose.
The style looks old timey to me, too.
Flag this
I wonder if it comes in Afro style, too.
Flag this
LOL! That was too funny!

@Khrish..Hi there! I wondered where you’ve been. Hope all is well with you and yours. I’ve read your comments today and they’re good as usual.
I’ve been confronted by the same tired dialogue from an angry half breed after I posted about the book for interracial kids written by Kim Wayans.
Just like the race question about Michael Jackson’s kids (btw, which I agree with your response there), the interracial debate goes on forever at BCK with the emphasis of some on maligning and putting down African American women.
As always, I just roll with it because this is a fun site and I enjoy coming to it.
Take care.

Same here! I really do enjoy this site. I learn a lot and I also learn that there are many of us who have been left far, far behind. LOL

Wouldn’t a wig make the baby’s head sweat after awhile? I get shudders just thinking about scalp diseases putting this wig on a child’s head could cause. You may as well just put a pink cap on the baby’s head! Or just put the earrings and the headband on.
Flag this
Mothers have enough to worry about with their baby’s hair or head issues… like cradle cap, psoriasis and the proper closing of the babies skull at the top of its head.
Putting a heavy, nasty wig on a baby’s head cannot be healthy at all! This can’t be real.
Flag this
WTF?????
If they don’t knock it off. Who in their their right mind would even come up with the thought of making a baby wig? Now I could understand if it were for little children with cancer or a sickness of such. What baby do any of us know that would actually keep that mess on top of their head without pulling it off and eat or play with it?
Flag this
My mom and I are over here dying ..No way stop playing ..Unbelievable
Flag this
Agree! UN-BE-WEAVEABLE!
Flag this
And I thought the breast feeding baby was bad.
Flag this
This is just lame! It’s a gimmick, and a stupid one at that. Can’t anything be sacred and natural anymore? A baby is the one thing in this world that should be as is and is perfect left natural!
I have a niece who is 4 mo. old, and everyone thinks she’s wearing a wig, because she has SO MUCH hair, it doesn’t really look like it’s all hers…but with these stupid new baby wigs now people really aren’t going to believe my sis when she tells them it’s real!
Flag this
I really do hope this is a hoax. My oldest daughter didn’t have much hair as a baby, but she’s always had very ‘girly’ features. I would never have considered putting that rug on her head, either! Have always been more concerned about her mental, physical and spiritual nourishment than a lack of hair.I can totally understand children who wear hairpieces, wigs, etc as a result of alopecia or chemotherapy. But a WIG for a BABY? SMH. I hope we have not degenerated so much as a people that there is an actual market for this.
The baby in the picture looks gorgeous in the before pic, that wig is totally unnecessary.
Flag this
IS THIS A JOKE??? This cannot be real. lol
Flag this
I had a little girl in my pre-Kindergarten class who was 4 years old and she wore a wig to school every single day. They child would play and the wig would be all different ways on her head. It was just a big annoyance for the child. It was ridiculous. The mother did it because the child’s hair was short. We never could talk the mother into leaving that wig at home. It was the first time I had ever seen a child that young in a wig. This is even worse. I can’t imagine. The way babies move about, how in the devil would they keep it on the baby’s head.
Flag this
LOL!!!!!!!That is hilarious. The baby actually looks better without that “thing” on her head.
Flag this
lol.
she’s cute without the hair.
Flag this
lmaoooooo
is this a trick question?
Flag this
lol hell to the naw lol!!
Flag this
ohhhhhh helll to the nahhh we having real babies not dolls so they gonna believe growing up if u dont have the extra accessories u are not a cutie pllleaseee
Flag this
this is a horror show.
Flag this
lol i so thought the recession was over people will do anything just to make a buck …..this is absolutely hilarious
no id never…..put a weave on a baby nor child
WHY ARE WE CONSTANTLY TELL’N OUR KID THEY ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH
Flag this
now this is very funny.
Flag this
I have to say I think the baby is beautiful with or without the weave. I would put earrings in b4 a weave if anyone mistook my baby girl for a boy. I say all the weave would do is start teaching your child self hate at a younger age instead of putting your pride aside and knowing that her feelings of self-worth are far more precious than you being upset because someone thought your she was a he. Hell all my kids were born with heads full of hair. I have 3 girls and 1 boy and people mistook my son for a girl and it didn’t bother me, because the people that made the mistake didn’t know me or my child so what they thought didn’t matter.
Flag this
Aww the baby is cute in the pic! Product is stupid
Flag this
no, i’d just dress her up and maybe add a regular headband. my kids came out with a head full of hair tho. but to switch it up….my 18mos son has a head full of curly long hair which i put in plaits. he can have on boy outfits, boy colors…..ppl say…..SHE’S SO CUTE!!!!
Flag this
Ridiculous, the baby looks less cute with all that unnatural hair. I mean what baby has hair like that anyway. What happened to lace headbands and bows? duh! I don’t even like earrings on girls and especially boys. But idk when I was young I looked like girl but my mom put me on headbands and bows. This bang thing is ridiculous, but some idiot, vain parent would try it.
Flag this
Who came up with this? It’s ridiculous. The child that they have on here doesn’t even look like a boy. People will sell anything these days.
Flag this
OMG… this is the funniest thing ive seen in a long time…
HEHEHE
what will they think of next!!
Flag this
It’s a sad day when the beauty industry is trying to improve babies’ looks. What is cuter than a little bald headed baby. What is next, press -on-nails for your toddler, a little blush for your pale pre-schooler? Again a sad day.
Flag this
where are the ones in black and dark brown and have a kink to them?
Flag this
LMFAOOOOOOOO oh man…people are crazy. Why do that to a baby? Let that scalp breatheeee. The hair will grow…just take care of it when it does, and your baby will have a head full of hair before you know it. I’d slap my nieces mothers and call CPS if I ever saw any of them with that thing on their heads.
Flag this
That’s about the dumbest thing I have seen in a long time. What sick mind would put that on a baby?.
Flag this
ONE WORD “RIDICULOUS”
