Baby Phat CEO Kimora Lee showed off her newborn son Kenzo Lee Hounsou while on set for her reality show, ‘Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane,’ in Los Angeles on October 15, 2009. Is baby Kenzo being held in a Phat Farm baby carrier?
Kimora and her rumored husband Djimon Hounsou welcomed Kenzo in May of this year.
Something tells BCK that Phat Farm could soon have a baby line.
Kimora Lee, founder of Baby Phat, was made CEO of Phat Fashions(which includes Bay Phat and Phat Farm) in 2007.

Good pediatricians will tell you that until a child starts to walk, they have no need for shoes as they are only for protection unless there is a problem with the feet. If it’s cold I can understand the socks but why is there a need for shoes? Only for show?

yes let’s hope for a boy line from her. i’m shocked though to see that she has her son is a pajama top. yes, that is a pajama top because my son has that PJ set. the top says “my mom is awesome” which I am and you get from Old Navy. The thing is I’d never have him wearing it out as its a PJ set. To me it’s just a sign of parent laziness to not have your child (and it don’t matter if they are a baby or not because when my son was a newborn he wore shoes and I live in So Cal so there)in clothing, socks, and shoes, and let them go out in public in sleep wear. Kimora should know better. I’m just saying…

Actually the top isnt a PJ top if you look at pictures on other websites of him and he is wearing shoes and is fully clothed too in other pictures. I think Kimora does a wonderful job of looking after her children. Go Kimora!

She is on the set of her show, perhaps Kenzo is just up from a nap, thus the pj top. That said, I don’t think it is necessary to always have a child dressed up “just so” everytime a person goes out–star or not. Also, depending on how warm it is, it is no big deal to have the babies’ feet out–why not let his feet breathe–he can’t even crawl yet, so whether you think it is lazy or not, I dont’ see the need to bother.
I know I will continue to be “lazy” with my own kids when comfort for them and convenience for me is involved. All the fuss, primping and preening can best be saved for family portrait day–at least they will have the proof that mom cared about the little things when they mattered most–lol

Kenzo is a cutie. I love seeing babies without shoes. There is no need for those cute little toes to be cooped up in shoes or socks. They’re probably out for a stroll and that baby does not need to impress anyone.
