SPIKE LEE AND KIDS ATTEND MICHAEL JACKSON’S THIS IS IT PREMIERE
Director Spike Lee, along with his daughter Satchel Lee(b.1994) and son Jackson(born 1997) , attended “Michael Jackson’s This Is It” New York premiere on October 27, 2009 in New York City.
In all, Spike Lee and his wife Tonya Lee have two children.
Michael Jackson’s This is It, in theaters today (October 28th), will offer Jackson fans a behind-the-scenes look at the legendary performer as he rehearsed for his sold-out concert that would have taken place this past summer in London’s O2 Arena.

The son is a cute version of dad.
His son Jackson was born in the same year as Prince Michael Jackson! Wonder if they´re friends? Also, is Jackson Lee named after MJ by any chance? I know they were friends…
Given Spike’s deep interest in Black History, I would tend to think that the son’s name would have something more to do with that or family than being named for MJ. But could be. I just find it hard to believe that Spike would have chosen that name because of Michael Jackson.
I always enjoy seeing pictures of Spike and his family. He really does do some wonderful things with his family and especially with his son. I like that.
He has beautiful children but I didn’t know Spike had a daughter, this is my first time seeing her. The daughter looks more like the mother and the son looks more like the father. My siblings look more like our father and i look more like my mommy.
His family is adorable. I wonder why Tonya stayed home.
