Actress Tichina Arnold was photographed shopping with her daughter Alijah Kai,5, in Hollywood, California yesterday. Kai was quite surprised to see the paparazzi. See Kai’s priceless expression plus pictures of Brandy and daughter now!

Okay I am not being mean but how come Both Brandy and Tichina are dressed nice with their hair done and their daughters hair and clothes not so nice. But they are very beautiful girls.

Agreed!–Lets be real, these celebs and their kids are human–not goddesses. I like to see them looking “normal”. They don’t look bad–just like everyday kids.
And regarding Tichina’s child’s hair–it is natural, probably kinky texture–just looks like the girl has a very bushy afro puff in the middle–it is clearly combed, though I admit, I don’t care for the style-not because is kinky– so whats the fuss?
I don’t see one thing wrong with how Brandy’s daughter has her hair done or with the clothes she’s wearing….am I missing something?
Nikki, you are so reading my mind. I was thinking the exact same thing. Nobody saying that T. Arnold has to put weaves or relaxer in this childs head. I’m all for natural, heck my hair is natural. These kids are beautiful but PLEASE if you the mothers coming out looking well dressed with your hair & clothes looking right then PLEASE do the same with your child. All I’m saying is fix the kids hair a little better then it is in these pics that’s all.

Love the priceless expression on Alijah’s face-too funny! I think Syrai is none to happy w/ the photogs presence. She looks at least nine y/o here. Great to see the moms spending time with their daughters. Ironically, I recently took my seven y/o daughter to American Girl and purchased the exact doll pictured (Sonali). She loves it!
Sonali is such a cute doll as is the Addie doll. Too bad I have such a tomboy :-). Maybe I can get the doll for me-ha ha,hmmm.

SMH both adults are dressed very stylish but their children no so stylish…give the same effort to your kids clothing that you give your own lol..im just sayin cute kids though.

aww mother daughter moments. The best. I will have plenty because I have two girls. On another note why are people dumping on the parents for how their kids are dressed? alijah looks like she just got out of school thus the uniform, and sy’rai is dressed like a 7 yr old, and their parents are dressed like adults. Just saying I dont see what the problem is, and I have seen celeb kids look worser.
Their kids are dressed like “regular” kids. They look like the “kids next door” which is a compliment. Better to focus your energies on what’s inside your kid’s head, than on whether they’re wearing the latest styles and “how cute” they look.

If Alijah’s mom was white, I bet everyone would be hating on the mother for the girl’s hair. The hair debate pops up all the time.
True, but i’m still gonna comment on her hair. Alijah is gonna see these pictures when she gets older and say “mom what did you do to my head”! Maybe her back ponytail was braided and came undone at school, i hope, but it looks like Tichina could not choose a hairstyle!

You are so vain. Get a life! No matter what the look and style was people always grow up and ask their parents ‘wth’ about something they wore or a haircut/style. She will be okay. It seems like angelina gets a pass when it comes down to her children. Her little girl dress like a boy and the other little girl her is never comb. People are complaining about how brandi and tichina are taking care of their daughters hair and what they are wearing. These little girl look fine from head to toe.

Y’all do all that “jeffing” for Mel B and other WACK “celebs” but, my girls Tichina and Brandy can’t get any love! There is NOTHING wrong with the way their girls are dressed or their hair! I take excellent care of my babies but they are not worried about staying neat. SO you might see me and my 5 year old daughter out and she doesn’t look as neat as I do. But I’m a grown women so I know how to keep my look together but maybe my baby feel asleep in the truck and mussed her hair or maybe some melted ice cream dripped on her dress when she was eating a cone. Tichina and Brandy both have adorable little girls. The hairstyles their wearing are the same ones my cousins and I rocked backed in the days. Any lady born in 69 and 70’s can look at some of their old class pictures from elementary school and can remember their hair being styled like that. MY niece, cousins children as well as my friends kids wear those hairstyles as well and I think they look adorable. I know for fact having my 6 year old niece with me sometimes once that little lady is out about a hour or 2 the way I did her hair is NO MORE.LOL It’s ok there LITTLE GIRLS NOT GROWN WOMAN so as long as there taking care of and being treated well I don’t think anything is wrong with their hair being out of place.
