Singer Madonna is open to the idea of adopting again.

“Never say never… Why, are you looking for parents?” Madonna joked with Ben Shepard this morning on Britain’s GMTV in response to adopting more children.

As for her charity work in Malawi, Madonna said, “I’m really proud of the work that I’m doing in Africa. I feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment in terms of my career and the work that I have done. I’m, you know, I have four children now and I’d like to think I’m a good mother. So yeah, I mean I feel a great sense of satisfaction in many areas of my life.”

Madonna recently added daughter Mercy to her brood. Below are pictures of Lourdes, 13, Mercy,3, David,4, and Rocco,9, on November 30th.

Lord, I had to back up and take a second look. Didn’t even know that was Madonna. What miracles make-up works. Sister looks rough.

Adopt all you want. Let her bring as many African children out of poverty & give them a better life. Hopefully Mercy & David can also adopt children from third world countries.

I do not have any problems w/celebreties adopting black children. They are having a much better life than they would if they weren’t.

So Madonna, Angelina & the others, pls adopt away & keep saving them.

Hopefully she will follow the laws of the country next time instead of buying the child.

Cute kids. David needs to loose the purse NOW! And, Mercy needs to be wearing shoes in that filth. No doubt Madonna is taking great care of these kids. They seem healthy, happy and adjusted.

Some are so scandalous. David will be fine. He is just playing with Madonna’s sunglasses she had on her shirt and I read she bought the bag from the local crafts women and David wanted to carry it for her. He’s just a little boy, it doesn’t mean anything to him. Mercy decided to take off her sandals while they were walking around in Malawi like the other children there, I’m not sure what the big deal about that is. They probably had a shower before going to bed. Her kids always look clean and taken care of. Some folks are so insecure about things. Like if a boy plays with a doll that doesn’t automatically determine his preference later in life.

I find people who refer to children as handbags to be disrespectful. I’m all for children getting homes instead of living in orphanages. As many as can be taken care of is fine by me. If only we would all do it too instead of criticizing those who do. She submitted her paperwork and followed whatever she was told to do by officials and the government. She is not the one who determines or interprets the laws. I think some folks are just looking for reasons to hate her. Save that for people running around getting others pregnant and not taking care of their children.

About her adopting again, I think she just left the answer open, but I don’t know if she’ll go through that process again. With two older children and two young ones, like she said in another interview, she already has her hands full. Either way, I’m glad she continues to support Malawian children and builds schools there.
