Celebrity kids Christian Combs,11, Jermajesty Jackson,9, Jaafar Jackson,13, and Quincy Brown posed with civil rights activist Jessie Jakson while at the launch of “The Official Michael Jackson Opus” in Los Angeles, California.
Both Jaafar and Jermajesty are the children of musician Jermaine Jackson, while Christian is the offspring of mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. Quincy’s biological father is musician Al B. Sure, but Quincy considers Sean Combs to be his father as well.

Being alive and well; I would find it heartbreaking to read that my child considers someone else his father. That speaks volumnes to his role as a father. What in the world is wrong with Al B. Sure. That little one looks like Diddy’s clone. Cute.

I may be alone on this but Quincy looks like he could be the older brother to the two Jackson boys. I know that they aren’t actually related in any way(that I know of), but they look like they could be. Jermajesty and Jaafar look more like him than Christian does. All four of these boys are cute. Christian is adorable. He does look like his dad but I think he will be more handsome when he grows up.

Quincy is the spitting image of his father. Good grief, he could never deny that child. Another prefect “mini me”. It certainly is sad that he’s been so lax in his relationship with his son. That Quincy can think of Diddy “as more of a father” to a son who looks so much like his own father is inexplicable. What in heavens name is Al B, doing, thinking that makes him unable to claim that title for himself from his son. Man, he looks like a clone of Al B.

And besides, Quincy is still a kid. There must be something that he wanting and not getting from his father. Something is out of whack. You can be there and not “really” be there. I still think it’s sad that he feels the need to put another man ahead of his own father.

Absolutely. We just don’t know when the “estrangement” began. I don’t know how old he is exactly, but I doubt he was even born at the height of Al B.’s career in the late eighties. Just throwing it out there if applicable, but hopefully or maybe Diddy can step back a bit and help facilitate the healing process between the two, provided that’s what is needed.

I understand what you’re saying and I do agree that some intervention may be necessay. However, Al B is a grown A–man and he needs to step up to the plate and find a way to resolve whatever the problem between him and the son since there is definitely some kind of problem. Maybe he’s not been made aware that his son has these feelings. At any rate, it’s not Diddy’s problem to solve. If he’s putting Diddy ahead of his father then he must be meeting a need that Sure either doesn’t understand or doesn’t approve.

You are right Khrish. I couldn’t reply directly under your comment. I guess there is a limitation maybe? In any event, Al B. is not absolved from being the initiator and working out whatever the problems are. There are probably quite a few variables contributing to whatever issues exists and obviously we are only speculating. It’s clearly not Diddy’s problem to solve and it wasn’t my intention for it reading that way.

You can tell Quincy loves the cameras… I hope he/his mother didnt choose Diddy to be in his life over his daddy because Diddy is better known/successful. We don’t really know what the situation is of this family. Maybe they keep Al B. Sure away or maybe he is just a dead beat dad who only sees his son once every few years.

I don’t see why MJ’s kids can’t be seen out in public or atleast go out on red carpet events regarding the family…I mean they were already seen on the memorial which was viewed by millions and their pictures where/are everywhere. It’s not fair that they can’t go to an event regarding THEiR father.
