USHER’S TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS + PHOTOS OF NAVIYD
Singer Usher performed onstage during TNT’s “Christmas in Washington 2009″ at the National Building Museum on December 13, 2009 in Washington, DC. This year, Usher says that Christmas will be a little different for him. “It’s very different this year. I’m celebrating with two little children. Two little boys! It’s a different experience. One tradition that I’m actually going to keep that was started by my nanny in Chattanooga, Tenn., was to make Christmas candy. Well, once my kids are old enough … we’ll do pecan clusters, chocolate-covered pretzels, yogurt-covered pretzels. Cookies as well …that’s the easiest. But to make a cluster isn’t easy.”
Usher has sons Usher Raymond V, 2, and Naviyd, 1, with his ex-wife Tameka Foster.
“Christmas in Washington 2009″ airs on TNT on December 20th at 8pm.
Below are pictures of Usher and his son Naviyd, who turned one on December10th. Usher took Naviyd with him to Washington DC for the concert.

Good seeing Usher. It is too bad his marriage ended so soon. Too soon really. I truly believe why marry in cases like this? What really is the point? The oldest is barely out of diapers. I guess anything to please the public so at least the kids can say–mom and dad were married–hmph
At any rate, I believe he is a very good dad to these two little munchkins and it is nice to read him lite up about the holidays when referencing his kids. Hope it is enjoyable for them.

I wish Usher well. It is great to see that he is still a very active father. He is not letting divorce destroy the relationship he has with his sons. I think he will come out of this loss with a great admiration for being stronger than he could ever imagine and braver than he thought he could be. Blessings to Usher and his family.
