Cymphonique Miller, the daughter of former rapper Master P, could be Nickelodeon’s next big thing! According to THR, the 13-year-old performer has inked a deal with the television network to develop a comedy series. In addition, the young actor/singer/dancer has signed with Sony Music.

“She is extraordinarily talented for somebody so young,” Nickelodeon’s executive vp talent Paula Kaplan said. “She has great comedic timing, an amazing voice and is very self-assured.”

“We have had long history with this family,” Paula added referring to Nickelodeon’s relationship with Master P and his son Romeo Miller. A few years ago, Romeo Miller, then nine years old, had his own Nickelodeon series on the network channel.

Cymphonique, who currently stars as the voice for “Gretchen” on Disney Channel’s animated series Phineas and Ferb, was a finalist on Disney Radio’s “N.B.T. (Next Big Thing).”

Not into that name either, but the girl is very pretty. Have not heard her sing or act or the voice over work she is now doing.

Wish her much luck because the field is quite glutted with many gorgeous and talented young girls and boys.

With a name like that she better be talented. Cause they certainly won’t be calling her Dr. symphonique. woooooow! But she didn’t name herself. She’s beautiful.

I knew this would happen. I seen her act and heard her sing and she is just ok. But Master P looks out for all his kids, so her getting all of this stuff isn’t surprising. I’s sure all his kids will be getting TV show and record deals. You don’t have to have talent anymore, you just need to know te right person. Well, congrats.

She is using her dad name to make it big. Do you need talent for that? I am sure all his kids will get tv shows and record deals.

I think she is actually pretty talented. I don’t see why she shouldn’t use her dads name, nepotism is nothing new. If you’ve got connections…use em! I also think Master P is a great dad he made sure she and all of her siblings were educated first and foremost. She is a smart and talented girl and I wish her all the best!

She’s a great singer and dancer. The clips that I’ve seen of her acting were meh, but she was young in them (five or six) and I’m sure those skills have improved over time.

Just because she doesn’t dress like an 8 year old doesn’t mean she is trying to be “grown”. I think she dresses nice for her age. She doesn’t have to be dressed like a nun until she is 18 sheesh. If you listen to her music and see her dance moves you will see she has a lot of talent and potential and not just using her dad’s name. I wish older people would give young people a chance before they start to judge and criticize them because the older generation seem to forget who raised the younger generation. Why does everytime a young teen comes out people are quick to point out all the negative and not anything positive?

I am truly not mad at Master P. If I was in the entertainment business, I would get my son or daughter a tv show, too. It’s alot of kids with no talent so as Miley Cyrus, Hilary Duff, and etc.,

I also knew of Cymphonique before I knew she was Master P’s daughter and I loved her voice as well as the way she dances….there is nothing wrong with using resources around you. If you have more resources than others that you can use to get further in your career, I think it would be silly not to use ‘em….I like Miley Cyrus also but last time I checked, her daddy was Billy Ray Cyrus…an artist as well who helped his daughter into the spotlight! So I wish Cymphonique luck with her upcoming career!
