OBAMA: SANTA CLAUS WILL BE COMING TO THE WHITE HOUSE
President Barack Obama is planning to spend his first Christmas in the White House with his wife Michelle, their two daughters Sasha and Malia, and his mother-in-law Marian Robinson, whom the president feels “lucky” to have.
Obama and his family are expecting Santa to come through the Yellow Room chimney, which is right in the middle of the Residence.
“So, that’s where we are going to set the cookies and the milk,” Obama said in an interview with Spanish-language television station Univision on Thursday,
“We’ll have a little reindeer snack out there because we want to make sure when it comes to the White House that he feels like he is getting good service.”

During the interview, Obama revealed that he feels “lucky” to have his mother-in-law living in the White House.
“Well, I’m a very lucky man because I love my mother-in-law. First of all, she helps us so much with the girls. I don’t think Michelle and I could do what we’re doing if it weren’t for her support. And the other thing is, she always takes my side when Michelle and I are in an argument.”

Mrs. Robinson must be a very proud mother. She and her husband did an excellent job in their child rearing. I love the picture where she is with the First Lady and The President, watching her son’s team play basketball. She is exactly where she should be now, being rewarded for her wonderful role as a parent.
