GTSA..this another reason why I enjoy coming to BCK..See? You mentioned Teddy Pendergrass’ passing and the site acknowledged it just for you and also for others who care. RIP, Teddy. Condolences to his family and I know they’ll miss their Dad. Fifty-nine years old is relatively young to pass away.

Was hoping to see a blurb sooner or later, he is a soul music icon. He also helped to establish the famed philly sound. Yes, 59 is much too young these days. He’s at peace now and we are so lucky to have such an entertainment legacy left by this man.

Got a media alert on Pendergrass’ death but did not know that he was a father. I used to love this man and I named my Volksbug….TeddyBear. I have missed his voice over the years but I’ll always have his music. R.I.P. Teddybear.
