Chico is a Debarge, but he wasn’t in the group in the 80s… He was just a kid at the time since he’s the baby of the family.

Cute kid. I had no idea. I thought it was Chris Brown when he was smaller but then it said a celeb kid Dad. I don’t know much about the Debarge family. They were before my time. But I do hear that they were a good group but just had some hard times personally. I wish them all well.
