Although she is a very pretty young lady, at 16 I think her dress is tooooooooo grown.
This outfit is too grown for a 16 year old. I am sorry!
She is a cute girl looking just like mom and dad, but the outfit is way too mature. Are our young girls a bit misguided?
She is gorgeous but the dress is a bit much or should I say a bit less. Please put on some clothes young lady!
I can’t believer Doug and Christie approved this outfit for their 16yr old daughter. It’s not tooo bad, but if she was going to show a lil cleav, I would have made the dress a lil longer. One or the other…not both.
I am surprised as well but a couple of months ago, right here on this site, she was pictured with her mom and dad on the carpet at some event and the girl had on extremely short shorts; daisy duke style but they weren’t denim so clearly, it’s allowed. I understand what you are saying, one or the other but noth both, but I believe that she don’t need to be showing cleavage or her thighs like that and it is too form fitting.
She is a beauty. That is a dress more suited for a 20 year old though–IMO.
What is the rush kids? You are only young for so long and if you are lucky–”old” for much longer ;-).
Now, how come her mother isn’t hovering over that child like she does her husband……she let that child go outside like that. smh. Cute girl — outfit is to much for a 16 year-old imo.
There is something incongruent with being a U.S. youth ambassador for HIV/AIDS awareness and this dress that screams, “come hither, I’m ready to fornicate.”
She’s cute, but the dress is too sexy for someone her age.
she appears as if she is going to age fast due to all those premature wrinkles about her face and neck. what chani needs to do is act her age, take off that ho dress and go put on some real clothes. mom and dad need parental teaching on how they should allow their teeny-bopper to go about and throughout.
Wrinkles? Where…I’d like to see how you look.
The girl is pretty, looks her age minus the dress…
Beautiful young lady and cute dress. The dress is young and hip, I think its appropriate for mid to late teens. Not appropriate however for 30ies or 40ies, older women should know how to dress with class and age gracefully. This young lady pulled off this dress with style and taste. I give her and the dress two thumbs up!
I don’t think that dress is appropriate for ANY age in my opinion. The dress is just TACKY and LOW CLASS!…but she is gorgeous!
She looks just like her mother.
Seriously can we switch bodies? Thanks!
Her mother is such a negative person with LOW SELF ESTEEM.
Jackie is a joke to me
I disagree with this statement.
I usually don’t complain about these young celebs dressing too grown. I don’t think that’s the issue here, I just think this dress is too raunchy for ANY female on the red carpet! This girl likes to show her everything in public, though.
MixtryMama, I agree and you stated the sentiment the way I really intended to. We know that it’s all about getting attention but there are limits. Appreciate you and your comment.
I have seen miley and other counter parts in her age group with similar attire. As long as she acts her age then the dress should not be a problem.
Just because other teenagers are doing it does not make it the right thing to do. Miley Cyrus is definitely a hot mess. These young ladies need to know they’ll have a lifetime to be grown and dress grown.
Thank you Angel. I agree.
*quizzical look* @ “As long as she acts her age then the dress should not be a problem.”
I have a daughter myself .. I would not let her wear this type of dress @ 16. It’s too much !!!
Beautiful talented young lady.
