WHITNEY HOUSTON SURPRISES DAUGHTER WITH A CAKE AND SONG
Bobbi Kristina Brown turns 17 years old today! During her concert on Wednesday in Adelaide, Australia, Whitney Houston celebrated her daughter’s birthday a day early with a cake and song.
Houston sang “Who Would Imagine a King” from The Preacher’s Wife. “[It's] one of Krissy’s favorites,” a source tells People.com, “and is not in the show.”
Earlier in the week, mom and daughter “rented a beautiful boat and took a four-hour cruise all around Sydney Harbor with Krissy’s friends, the dancers and family members,” adds the source.
“That was the pre-birthday celebration. The cake at the concert was a complete surprise to Krissy. She had no idea!”

I’m glad that Whitney has a close relationship with her daughter. Whitney can rely on her and know that Bobbi Kris loves her unconditionally, despite what is regulary said about her mom.

In my opinion, I believe that Whitney is doing just fine. She looked fab. She was just moved by the tribute and plus Kim Burrell is one of her favorite singers, so she was just feeling it. That was actually my favorite part of the show (lol). There is no right or wrong; some artists sit there and nod along when they are being honored and some, well Whitney, get into it. I think that she is at a good place for the first time in a really long time. You know Whitney keep it real (lol).
