Cassie’s mom, actress Shar Jackson, is currently featured on the new season of VH1′s “Celebrity Fit Club”. The mom of four recently spoke about how she tries to keep the tabloid away from her kids. She says, “I just walk them through it and go , ‘you know there are a lot of things people say that’s made up and they don’t know the truth but you guys do. You live in it and you just have to trust in what you know (Source).’”

Shar looks good! I guess it’s safe to assume that Celebrity Fit Club helped her to lose weight bc she looks smaller here than she does on the current episodes!
