UPCOMING: PERRI JONES SINGS HER HEART OUT
She is known as the daughter of singer Oran “Juice” Jones, but Perri Marie Jones says she is much more than just a celebrity’s kid.
Now please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Perri Marie Jones. I am a sixth grade student attending Pershing Middle School for the Fine Arts in Houston, Texas. I am in the Magnet Program and my major is Musical Theater. My interest includes singing, dancing, acting, speaking and writing. My favorite subjects are Reading, English, Math and sometimes Social Studies–lol.
I wanted to be able to touch the hearts of nations and music allows me to do so. I decided to sing when I saw how much joy my voice brought to others. Whenever I am performing, I feel as if I am saving someone, that someone maybe the one that changes the world.
My ultimate goal is become an entertainer and a role model to others who have the same aspirations.
I can honestly say my father, Oran “Juice” Jones, has sown seeds of greatness by instilling in me the importance of Faith, Family and Love.

She has a better than average voice. I like the tone of it. The field is so glutted though. Hope she can rise above the fray.

This is absolutely beautiful. Her voice is a mix of Aaliyah and KiKi Sheard. I can’t wait to hear more from her. Perri is so talented.
