“As far as his age, he’s the best that I’ve seen,” said Refiloe Lethunya, a former Division I player, coach and NBA scout.
College and high school coaches are circling, inviting him to games and camps. He has established himself on the all-important AAU circuit. And he has already worked out with the Knicks and with the Bulls’ Derrick Rose.
Fleming is regarded by some as the most talented 10-year-old basketball player in the country.
The 5-foot-1 fifth-grader is more restrained: “I’m a humble kid who’s trying to achieve a goal.” Read More

She realized too many details, which include what it’s like to have an amazing teaching style to have the others clearly know specified extremely tough matters. You truly exceeded her expected results. Thanks for producing the useful, trustworthy, edifying and as well as fun guidance on this topic to Gloria.
You have presented some interesting points in this article. It’s a lot of information to take in, but it’s so well-formatted that it’s easy to grasp. Thank you for writing this kind of quality material. Have a good one
jaylin!!! im so proud of you, we used to go to school together. good job keep it up cant wait to watch you on tv in the nba in a couple of years!!
Great ballhandler for his age and phenominal attitude! I would like to see more game video before he is crowned best 5th grader in the country.
more power to the boy…I just don´t like it too much when young ones like that are too hyped….I love the passion the boy has…and hopefully it will get him far
Good for him. I’m sure he’ll hit a growth spurt in puberty. Then again, there have been some short players in the NBA. Anything’s possible.
He’s too young to have a passion for a sport that he’s good at? Ummmmm, I think you got it twisted Big Blue. That’s how stars are born.
I agree with the comment about the little guy discovering others who may be better then him. That can happen.
My nephew (current age:9) played basketball @ the Boys & Girls club from ages 4 – 7 & he was ALWAYS the best player! Only 3 B & G clubs in our town. Well when he was 7 we sent him to play @ an area court that hosts non-school teams & he found out that he was not #1 any longer….there were more boys his age that were as good as him or way better & shortly afterards he decided he wanted to take a break from basketball. Well that ‘break’ just ended after nearly 2 yrs….he has had a few games over the past couple of months & there is a lot of catching up that he needs to do after being away for so long! Lots of catching up has to be done & I hope he gets back on the same level of playing, so that he doesn’t want to quit again….permanently I am afraid of. I LOVE watching him play ~ he is my babyboy *proud auntie* !!!!
He is too young to be hyped like that! What if he turns out to be average height? What if he plays middle school basketball and there are players out there better than him?
NY should sign him. They need all of the help they can get.
