A JACKSON FAMILY FEUD?
According to sources, Alejandra Jackson, the ex-wife of singer Jermaine Jackson, is preparing for a legal battle with Jackson family matriach Katherine Jackson. Alejandra is allegedly upset that she and her four kids-Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy Jr- have to move out of the Jackson compound per Katherine’s request:
Katherine is allowing Alejandra and her kids to move into a nearby condo owned by the Jackson family, but Alejandra is pissed. Katherine is in Indiana until June 10. We’re told when Katherine comes back, Alejandra has to move.
But it’s not going to be that easy. We’ve learned Alejandra has hired Trope & Trope, a powerful law firm, to negotiate a separation agreement of sorts. We’re told Alejandra wants some assurance that her family will be financially protected if she moves. As a result, she may challenge the move or negotiate a separation package — which would include a place where she and her kids will live (not necessarily the condo) and what financial support she gets.
Alejandra has gone after Jermaine in the past for failing to pay child support — and now that she’s being forced to move, the money battle has been reignited. Jermaine is the father of two of the kids and Randy is the father of the other two children.
Katherine asked Alejandra to move after the stun gun incident. TMZ broke the story that Jaafar ordered a stun gun online and was playing with it at the house — something that triggered an investigation by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.(Source)

I just can’t believe this. this is as bad as her having children with brothers. I’ll bet that Michael’s estate has something to do with this. Back when they were deciding how much was needed for the running of the household this woman and her children were included and I bet that they have overstepped the finacial bounds and have to be moved to a separate place. And on top of that, I watched that “reality” show ‘Jackson Family Dynasty’, Jermaine has this HUGE mansion and only him and his wife live in it. You owe child support and you’re living waaaaayyyy beyond your means traveling to India, Europe, etc., something is not right with that picture. Mrs. Jackson is already taking care of MJ’s kids, she can’t take care of Jermaine’s bad a** kids and Randy’s two grown a** kids. That is a pathetic excuse for all the parents involved. Wasn’t alot of that stuff rented for the show? I didn’t watch except for one or two episodes but I hear that a lot of these props are rented for the show. Both those men need to get back here and take that woman of theirs aside and tell her like it is. I can’t believe they are going to let this woman bring suite against their mother. Mrs. Jackson needs to come back there and set her crap on the curb and let her deal with the lawyers she hired “curbside”. She wouldn’t stay in my home while she sues me. That’s just gone to far. Janet supported/supports her as well just maybe not to the same extent. Also I think it’s fair to say that the implication that Katherine was/is supporting everyone other than Reebie, Janet and Michael is false. She does not support Marlon, Tito or Jackie they each have their own things going. Now I’m not to sure about Randy because he really seems to be doing his best to stay out of the spotlight. As well I think it’s safe to say That Jermaine’s new wife is now supporting him so at least Katherine’s getting a bit of a break from him lol:)

Anyways I think that the reason she is going after Katherine is because she has gone after Jermaine with no results and she is not only scared of being left penniless but also losing her “club J membership”. While she was living with the Jackson’s she was considered one of them and treated as such. She was invited to everything her children were invited to whether new spouses were there or not. If she moves out she will no longer have that privilege. Her status will now read EX Jackson and she will be treated as such. She will become the typical ex wife ushering her children to events but never actually being invited to come. She will have no more bragging rights and no more access to unlimited funding and I think that scares her. Oh well a dose of reality in this case is a good thing. I do not feel bad for her.

So to answer your question Maternally they are brothers and sister, but Paternally they are cousins. Which is really creepy because both sets of children share both sets of genes and grandparents and are related on their mother and father’s side and in other words are double related.

From a legal stand point, does she really have a case? I can’t see any judge allowing a former mother-in-law to support her dead beat ex daughter-in-law, but then again, they do award parents money who quit their jobs and pimp out their children to the entertainment industry. I remember a singer who got legally emancipated from her parents because they tried to take her money, and in the end the judge made her support her parents financially because she was their only source of income. There are also cases where “fathers” are ordered to pay child support for children that they found out were not biologically theres because “it’s in the best interest of the child.”
Could this be something like that where they say that Katherine supported her for so long and was her only source of income, that now she HAS to pay Alejandra? It seems wrong, but I’d really like to know if legally, she has a case? Any lawyers up in here lol?

Yes, she is trifling, but Randy and Jermaine caused this. Back in 2007 or 2008 (not sure which), Alejandra took Jermaine to court for not paying child and spousal support. He was supposed to be paying her $3000/mth for Jaffar and Jermajesty (I cringed when I typed that name!). He said he only makes $892.75/ mth. The judge could not verify the income so Jermaine got away with not paying a dime! (Unless it has changed recently.) This is the kicker!!! This is what make me want to put foot in Jermaine and Randy’s behinds…The judge ORDERED Mrs. Katherine to continue paying for the children’s expenses and had to let Alejandra continue to stay in her house…FOR FREE! Now if a judge ruled this, Alejandra may have a possible case!
See…Mrs. Jackson should have cut those two bums off a long time ago and made them man-up and take care of their children. That poor lady! Lord, Jesus, she has some rotten kids!
