Singer Melanie Brown and her family are set to debut on a reality series called the “Mel B Project” this September so a camera crew followed them throughout their shopping trip.

Usually I defend Melanie Brown because those are her children & I do not know what’s happening in that house. However, i must say it..what in the hell is up in those pictures?
Everyone looks a hot mess. I will not go as far as to say relax the girls hair, but smooth it down or something. I’m the first to say I am not my hair, my weight nor my skin complexion, but at least my son & I look kept when we are out in public, especially when you have a camera crew following you.
I’m beginning to think Melanie does it on purpose so she can get everyone worked up. I’m still not watching the reality show but I still love me some Angel. She’s dressed like a girl & is so happy.

BCK, I want to say that Eddie Murphy would be a good candidate for Father of the Year for Fathers Day because of his transformation in publicly opening his arms to his daughter Angel.
Better late than never. Plus he’s Daddy to so many and encouraging them in all they endeavor.

HI GUYS! I’ve been posting but probably after you guys have moved on are tired of the posts. Have been on FB a lot. there’s lots of politics there and that is my passion. I have missed posting with you all (ya’ll) but I’m around in the evening and that seems to be the time you guys have signed off. Have to keep up with my BCK cyber friends but I do get lost in the politics a lot and especially with all this oil spill going on now and that stupid remark about waterboarding may by the worst president in the history of the nation; now to be known as the worst past-president of the nation. Have to get my hits in with the loud mouth, lying rightwing “teabaggers”. LOL
I don’t know when people will tire of these reality shows. There’s barely any good tv left anymore. I have a life and I certainly don’t have the desire to sit around and watch the lives of others. It surprises me that Eddie would allow this little girl to be exploited on this kind of show; but I guess since he is just getting involved he has little or no say in the matter. I think that Keith Sweat made the best responsible decision when he refused to allow his boys to be involved in that Atlanta Housewives fiasco. good to be able to talk with you again. I’m still around.

agree wholeheartedly. i’m looking at these pics thinking who…what…when…how…WHY?! lol! i’m not sure if she’s trying to get attention, or she just don’t know no better. but it ain’t working. and i don’t think i’ll be watching this ‘reality’ show either. what can she teach me, how to try and trap a man with a baby and in turn purposely make my kids look jacked up? *still puzzled*

Agree, BCK Reader. And what does she do with that $51,000 plus child support she gets every month from Eddie Murphy? She can afford to take both girls to the best hair stylists who could figure out what to do with both the girls hair until it grows back. Especially Angel’s head. It bares no resemblance even to a Mohawk style now.

Girl, can you believe that crazy daughter-in-law of mrs. Jackson. Where are her parents? this woman has no home training. I remember the times when we had good shows and not this mess. Sometimes I wonder if it’s their real life we’re watching or a fake. Angel is cute, but her hairstyle is a hot mess.

Well, this IS Scary Spice. Don’t ya’ll remember how she used to dress/look? lmao She still doesn’t qualify for best dressed or most stylish, if you ask me. Some people just don’t have a clue when it comes to fashion and obviously Melanie is one of them. Luckily bad fashion sense doesn’t equate to child abuse. Neither daughters seems to be neglected or abused based on pictures. We’ll just have to wait for Phoenix to get a little older and start dressing herself/buying her own clothes.

Anyway they look happy in the pics.. But they also look like they share 1comb, and 1mirror and when one is using one of the items nobody wants to wait so they just leave with one done up family memeber.. Lol!!! Leave Mel-B alone. She is just the kind of person who likes to have fun with life. It is better she have fun doing what she is doing with her kid’s hair now while they are little and sit back and laugh about it later after they have grown past that stage. Children are to be enjoyed, provided grownups know how to enjoy them without taking things so seriously. You go Mel-B.
