THE OMG GIRLZ PERFORM SONG “HATERZ” ON FOX 5 GOOD DAY ATLANTA
The OMG Girlz, which consists of singer Tameka “Tiny Cottle’s daughter Zonnique (a.k.a. Star), Bahja (a.k.a. Beauty) and Lourdes (a.k.a. Lolo), were featured on television show Fox 5′s Good Day Atlanta this week.
The pre-teen pop group is the brainchild of Tameka “Tiny” Cottle of Xscape and Kiesha “Babi” Miles. Reginae Carter, rapper Lil Wayne’s daughter, is no longer a part of the group.
The OMG girls were great. I love this song and my girls will be excited to listen to the material. Since we’ve been watching their progress on the Tiny & Toya show, I can see how much they have improved. I’m sure that Toya did what was best for Baby Carter in her decision to not be in OMG. So I won’t speculate. You can clearly see that the other girls fit well together. Middle school is usually when children start to get a handle on what they want to do in life. I wish much success to Tiny, Baby and the OMG girls. They are on their way to stardom.
There dance routine was great but they need a better song to preform cause that songs was (SMH)horrible! I love the message but who ever produced track that needs to be smacked 4real! the quality of the sound was no good, sorry girls, I still think you’ll are going places, best wishes!!!!

i think there is sum HATERS who left sum negative comments about dese gurls on here. these gurls are beautiful,black,and r doing something that u can tell dat they love to do. at least u could do is give them POSITIVE feedback and encourage them to follow dere dream.I mean people act like dey r perfect n aint nothing wrong wit them then try n put others down what type of shyt is dat!…..anywho OMG girlz keep doing yall thang n dont worry bout these haterz!!

why the hell are they singing about haterz? really….haterz? could there not have been a better concept to sing an rap about other then haterz? who do they think there gonna appeal too cause my daughter will not be running around talking about she has haterz! an not to mention it total reminded me showtime at the apollo kids amateur nite! I guess if Jaden smith can rap, Justin Beiber can sing, and Master P kids can sing/rap, why not let these girls showcase their talents. I think they will be better as they get older. They are cute.

I don’t think Reginae leaving the group had anything to do with who they were signed too. I think she just moved on. Maybe she didn’t want to be in the group as bad as she thought. The performance was cool. They’re getting MUCH better with the interviewing because looking at older clips, they always looked bored, like they didn’t care, or just stuck up. I was crackin up when not 1 of them said Xscape tho lol. I guess it’s true that even tho they’re under them they don’t have to like the music lol

it look like they can sing, especially the light skin one, she is the one tht stands out the most. and lil waynes daughter always seemed shy and uncomfortable, by watching the tiny and toya show, i knew that she was holding the group back somehow
well at least they are not overly sexualized with their bellies hanging out. They look like little girls

They should take notes from Master P’s daughters group,the Fabulous Girls, because this really…was not good (to say the least)and Lmao! @ not ONE of them said “Xscape” when asked what groups inspire them.

I think Reginae left the group because she always felt left out. Plus TI is going to sign the girls to his label Grang Hussle and Lil Wayne does not want his daughter signed to someon else’s label when he can sign her to his.
Now that makes sense..I wondered why she left the group. I do feel that she did feel left out a bit. You are right.

They did a really good job interviewing and were good in the dance portion of their performance… I think with some extra vocal work and maybe a new stylist (LoLo’s clothes did not fit her well) to find something appealing on ALL of the girls, they will do well…

They say she wasn’t doing well in school, but they also say Wayne wanted her out…you know they say a lot of stuff…we don’t get to know the truth.
Aw, their cute. But they definitely need a new stylist…I hope people dont assume there is drama because Reginae left, I think she is just doing her own thing now.
