Singer Alicia Keys and her fiance Swizz Beatz plan to marry before their baby is born, reveals Life and Style magazine:
Life & Style can reveal that Grammy-winning artist Alicia Keys and record producer Swizz Beatz will tie the knot this summer— before their bundle of joy enters the world.
“They’re planning a celebration in Europe very soon,” an insider reveals to Life & Style. “It will be a star-studded celebration,” with Jay-Z and Beyoncé among the celebrity guests. In fact, Alicia, who is five months pregnant, has already settled on a dress for the big day. “She’s decided on a Vera Wang gown and has been eyeing Christian Louboutin shoes,” a second insider tells Life & Style.
What are loved ones saying about the pending union? “They make a great couple,” a close friend tells Life & Style. “They’re perfect for each other.” As for the mama and bride-to-be: “I love children and I love family,” she says. Congrats to the happy couple!

ALICIA IS PREGNANT WHEN HE IS NO LONGER WITH MASHONDA. SOME OF YOU HAVE ONLY FOCUSED ON ALICIA, MENTIONED HIS 2YR OLD DAUGHTER AND THAT IS IT. That says alot about Mashonda…..hell would she stay married and get pregnant again? I love me some Alicia K., I seriously advise my girl not to tie that knot. All of Beatz debt and child support is gonna fall right on her shoulders. I just don’t get Alica,JLo,Gabe U and all these other females who mess with these men with baggage. Maybe Alicia and Swizz are already going to premarital counseling,and they’re just not talking about it publicly.I agree that all three adults involved need to put their differences aside and put the children’s needs first.Now that Swizz has had his say and Mashonda has had her say,they should not dwell on the circumstances anymore.The adults need to keep a low profile and discuss their concerns with each other privately from now on.The only thing that matters now are the two little boys and the baby on the way.They need to create the most peaceful environment possible for the children.

Hmmmm… hard to say with the baby girl that is supposed to be Swizz’ daughter- she looks an awful lot like Swizz, but she also looks an awful lot like her mom, and her mom and Swizz both look like each other. So it’s a mess, LOL.
I wish Alicia and Swizz the best- marriage and parenthood are challenges, even for couples who have only been married to and had kids with each other. I think anyone and everyone who is getting married should have some counseling first- it really helps deal with any issues that might exist before the marriage begins, so they don’t blow up into something else. That said, I hope everything works out for them.

The writing truly is on the wall. I’m hoping she is at least figuring I’ll take the love for now and deal with the pain later, because if she thinks it’s not going to come than she is truly deceived. Thing about it people are so fond of themselves they’re not dumb to think it won’t happen to them, they think the other women was lacking for him to come them or that they just have so much more to offer of course the guy will want them over the wife/girlfriend.
It’s just sad but if Mashonda is handling things in real life the way it looks on paper, she’s got her focus on the right thing.
yeah I feel u. I really like mashonda too and I can feel her pain and I have never been married. Love hurts and Im trying to stay as far away from it as possible. My last relationship lasted 5yrs and made 2 kids and it hurt like hell when it was over. The men move on like its nothing and the next women is just waiting to scoop him and laugh with her friends about it. We broke up over a year ago and Im just starting to get over it and stop feeling hurt. Everyone is different, but I can say that Mashonda acted human, and I would have probably acted the same way. At the same token I am more wiser now and know what to do and not to do in the next relationship.
But yes I feel that this will end like all the rest of these hurry up and get married relationship. Plus getting married after she is pregnant is another sign that it will end. It might not end as quick as we are thinking but, I beleive karma is real. I like A keys as well but I think she is rushing into things. You cant help who u love though, but the same way my parents say I should of chose a different father for my kids, maybe she should have too.They felt I culd have done better as we feel that A keys could have done better. At least I did choose someone with no kids and wasnt married before, and even though he is a A hole now, like most of them when its over, I wish she would have had more self esteem and will power to get her a man that diserves her and not someone that seems that he goes for whom ever is IT NOW. Swizz already has a daughter with Russian singer from London, but he won’t claim it. Many people know about it though it is not a secret. Soon will come the day when everything will come up to light. Swizz has three children already and Alicia will have his fourth child.

I don’t recommend it without counseling and delving into some serious issues.
I read that Mashonda opened up and said she was pregnant in 2000, the exact same time that Beatz had another woman pregnant – Nasir’s mother. Mashonda was so upset that had a miscarriage at 5.5 months.
And heard tell that Alicia wasn’t very keen on Beatz being alone with a young protege in the studio, so she remained throughout the entire studio session just to keep an on him and his girl. If this is true, it speaks about a lack of trust in the relationship and mindful suspicion. That is not good to have in a relationship and will only set it up for stress and strain and maybe eventually… separation.
I ain’t never had no qualms with Alicia and never downed the girl in this situation…. and in Switz case I do believe people can change and learn from their mistakes. But these are definitely things to bring up and confront so one can ease their mind and put it at rest. I’m not sure if Alicia’s mind is at rest right now about Swiss Beatz…. strictly judging from what I read ofcourse.
In any case, congrats and I wish them well.

Real Talk: The wedding is kind of bittersweet after hearing what Moshomba (sp) experienced. I just want all the adults to really get along for the sake of the children; because swizz has a lot of them. A fourth child on the way by the fourth mother. (dont forget he impregnanted the singer Jahna Sebastian.)
