SWIZZ BEATZ, ALICIA KEYS, AND PRINCE NASIR AT ART FOR LIFE BENEFIT
Parents-to-be Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz attended the Art For 11th Annual Benefit at Russell Simmons’ East Hampton Estate on July 24, 2010. Also in attendance was Swizz’ son Prince Nasir.
Swizz, who has two sons Kasseem Jr., 3, and Prince Nasir, 9, from previous relationships, says that he is looking forward to becoming a father for the third(allegedly his fourth) time.
“I’m very excited about that!” Swizz Beatz exclaims to OK! magazine. ”Children, you know, they’re a blessing and I’m very excited.”
On whether or not his older children are excited about the baby:
“They’re excited as well. We keep the energy positive. Everything surrounding kids should always be positive. That’s the number one rule.”
On what type of mom he thinks Alicia Keys will be:
“I think she’s going to be an amazing mom because she’s an amazing person,” he says. ”If youre an amazing person, it all equals the same thing.”
On his upcoming wedding to Alicia Keys:
“Our union is amazing. Our union is pure. Our union is positive no matter what people say or what people think, time will tell everything and you know, silence is the best thing. We just keep it private and we do our thing and just have fun with it.”

Alicia looks great. Say what you want about her but I still like her. In the picture when she’s talking to Aoki she looks like she would be a great mom. And Nasir is just adorable. I love his shirt too. Well wishes to Alicia and Swizz.

I am over “swizz keys” too. I heard it was a girl too. I hope she or he is happy and healthy. I will still listen to her music regardless…i mean she does make those hits. I’m just over them as a couple and everything to do with their relationship.

Yeah I still like her too I can’t let an artist personal life stop me from enjoying good music. In that case I would be able to listen to the majority of what’s being played on the radio then because have of them have been in jail or are in some other kind of trouble! LOL

You know after weeks of hating on Alicia “Skeez”, i realized that many well- respected unions that lasted lifetimes started with some form of infidelity: Sting and Trudy, Johnny Cash & June Carter. So maybe they really are “meant” to be.
Perhaps to the public eye they should have allowed one chapter to close before they started another, but it didn’t happen that way (so it seems). We like to set “celebs” on a moral pedestal as if we ALWAYS do the “right” thing.
If he says it’s “pure”, maybe it is, maybe it isn’t so much….but what’s it got to do w/ my paycheck? lol

Hmm, I don’t remember that episode but that seems kinda random to me that Alicia would be her godmom. I always thought Kimora’s bestfriend from back home, Shanie or something like that was their godmoms…

I’ve watched every episode of The Fab Lane and I can’t recall Alicia Keys name or really anything about her being involved in any of the episodes. Tyra Banks is the Godmother to all three of Kimora’s children and after that I think it’s Shenee (Goodness I probably just spelled her BFF’s name all types of wrong but anyway) who has been her bestfriends since highschool and they are both godmother’s to eachother’s children.

I think that was a tough touchy situation 4 her bc here u have the man u r w and his goes outside ur relationship and makes another child then u miscarry the one u r carrying so I’m sure there was some uneasiness there probably even w Prince’s mom I assume. So maybe his mom didn’t like them being 2gether that could also b the case. But they always say u accept the man u must accept whatever he comes w even though its hard.
Swizz seems like he was very selfish and everything about their relationship seemed like “Swizz, Swizz, Swizz” so despite this not being a post about his ex I wish all parties luck and prosperity and M happiness and true love.

I know exactly what you’re talkinga about and it wasn’t “Life in the Fab Lane”. It was one of those “(Inside) Out” specials on VH1 back when Russell and Kimora were still together. And Alicia is not Aoki’s God mother I believe, like the poster below says, that it is indeed Kimora’s BFF, Shani and Tyra is MIng’s.
