Halle Berry and Nahla,2, were spotted shopping in LA yesterday.
Earlier this week, Nahla was seen with her dad Gabriel Aubry in Pacific Palisades, Calif . The father-daughter duo stopped by a Beech Street Pizzeria for some lunch.

I must say i find black Americans quite entertaining when it comes to light skinned and mixed race folks. Their texture of hair, whether their hair is ‘done’ or not, hair type (as in 4a or 2d or however it is classed), complexion, being 1/4 black, eye-color etc. How about we all stop with the madness and obsessive need to claim light-skinned or mixed race people as ‘our own’. Like my friend “S” up there talking about how ‘strong’ the African genes are…PLEASE! There is not that much about Nahla that STRONGLY suggests that she’s got african genes. Nor does she look anything like Halle, but that is a matter of opinion so i’ll leave that alone.
Nahla is super cute and Halle is beautiful. Nahla is not black. Enough said.
@two4one.. I was starting to agree with you until you said that Nahla is not black. How can you make that statement when her mom is 1/2 African American? I mean “S” statement is a bit much when it comes to Nahla, but for you to completely discredit 1/2 of Halle.. I don’t know about that… I do find the arguments quite ridiculous, about a child being light/dark or the hair straight/coarse can you imagine grown folks debating this?! DAMN soooo SAD!!! And guess what? It will never, ever change as long as mankind walk this earth..But I’m sure you knew this arleady!

Nice pics! I think Nahla’s hair looks cute. It’s curly and wavy and looks very “soft” around her face. Not everyone likes the “plastered down to the scalp” look. Personally, I think blacks should let their hair go “free” more often, instead of keeping it “plastered”, “banded”, or braided all of the time. Hair that is too neat-looking gets boring also.

nah, Nahla doesn’t have the type of hair that you can pull back like that. even if Halle tried, it would look just like this in a matter of minutes. i think her hair is fine the way it is. i’m sure as she gets older and her hair gets longer, maybe she can do more with it. but for now, i don’t see why it has to be bothered a whole lot. she doesn’t need barrettes and balls and headbands all over the place. sometimes less really is more.
BCK got to put these pics of her with her dad up no point telling us about it. I’m noisy so I googled and she looks so cute. Her hairs out and he’s carrying her but she looks about 4 or 5yrs old, she’s got his height for sure!
The pictures are cute, i personally prefer to see Nahla and Gabriel’s outings.

Nahla is looking more and more like her dad each day. I don’t think this child will ever look like Halle. Once again Gabriel has some very strong genes. Just simply beautiful!!!!

Why do I think ‘Golden Child’ when I see Nahla?! She is so beautiful!!Her complexion/eyes are so pretty. Little girls are such gifts.. GOD knows I would die for mine!!! The LOVE of a child is so pure/untainted!!

I was thinking that the fact that she looks like she does and is only around a quarter black has to be rare but I was watching 16 and Pregnant and there was this biracial girl on there who had a kid with a white guy and the baby was the same color as her. Guess its not that uncommon. Mom and daughter are beautiful.

LOL, I love when people say they don’t see where Halle is so pretty. That is the funniest thing to me. Usually when you see the people who say that it makes you laugh even more. I always think: “Man, if you judge people so harshly that you don’t think Halle is pretty you must RUN from mirrors”–lol.
Ahhhh..Little Miss Nahla is always a favorite. She has no idea she
is the subject of so much curiosity and adoration. I hope she is
well centered but I am sure Halle is doing all she can to keep her
grounded in reality. Wish mine were still little too sometimes.
Doing all she can keeping Nahla grounded? Please! By introducing her daughter to her womanizing boyfriend that she has had all of what 2 or 3 months. Yeah, nice job Halle.

as someone who lives half of the year in Paris(since my hubby works there)everyone here in France knows Olivier is a womanizer,i love him as an actor and all,but yeah he does have a reputation there….
