A NEW PROJECT IN THE WORKS FOR JADEN SMITH?
Karate Kid star Jaden Smith,12, could be joining up with director M. Night Shyamalan for a new film project:
The “Last Airbender” director is said to be developing a top-secret sci-fi flick called “One Thousand A.E.,” according to The Hollywood Reporter, and is eyeing Jaden Smith to star in it.
Jaden’s parents, who produced “Karate Kid,” are reportedly getting in on the action too. Shyamalan is said to be developing the film for Overbrook, the production slate run by Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith and others.
Plot details are being kept tightly under wraps, but what we know now is that while Shyamalan plans to direct “A.E.,” he will not pen the script, a departure from most of his previous work. Scripting duties are being carried out by Gary Whitta (“The Book of Eli”)(Source).

Jaden is indeed talented and I enjoy watching him on the big screen so Yay for him getting another role!
Yeah I wanted to see Last Airbender..heard it was horrible but thats how his movies usually are..

lol you know whats’s funny, will was grooming Trey to be a star. I remember him putting trey in tommy hilfiger adds, runway shows and on the show all of us(he was terrible). I always knew jaden was gonna be a star, there was just something about how he delivered his lines very natural..he was just destined for this, good luck to him.
