Halle Berry and daughter Nahla, three in March, were spotted shopping in Los Angeles yesterday (January 5).
In a recent interview, the actress revealed that being a mom is her number one priority.
“I have a greater purpose for being here. I love making movies but I would give it all up to be with my daughter if I had to because she’s the love of my life,” Halle told U.K.’s Daily Mirror.

Nahla is so adorable.
there is an autistic boy that goes to my auntie’s church & i had no idea he was autistic until he left the room and the sunday school teacher said it, having the same facial expression has nothing to do with autism correct me if im wrong but i think toni braxton’s son is autistic & he doesnt have the same expression on his face…there is a possibility that Nahla is a lot of things so im not saying she doesnt have it im saying that there is no logic behind what you said but i would think Halle wouldve stated that she had it Nahla has like a hazel color eye & is very light skinned because she’s mixed but it has nothing to do with a disorder or whatever
I have an autistic daughter and she and Nahla are 3 months apart. They look exactly the same. I can see autism all over little Nahla. This picture shows Nahla showing affection. Most autistic kids like to use their senses to show affection. It looks like Nahla is sniffing her mom and rubbing her hand against her face. Thats how my daughter who is mild to moderately autistic shows affection. Right now my daughter is in ABA therapy, it is helping quite a bit. shes becoming more ‘normal’ but from the time I seen Nahla, i knew she had autism. Why havent we heard Nahla talk yet? My daughter says about meaningful 5 words and shes almost 3, but if u add in numbers she can say 105 words. my daughter can count up to 100…thats how they are. God bless Halle, if she makes this public, she can fund raise and do all kinds of stuff for the autistic community. I hope she tells the world, i wish i was in her shoes…i would fund raise for the kids if i were famous.

@ Luvbug: I also have a nephew who is autistic, and have a friend whose son is autistic. Believe me when I say that you can’t determine whether someone is autistic by just looking at photos of him/her. If you were to just see photos of my nephew and my friend’s son, you would have no idea that they were autistic. And they don’t have the same expression on their face in every photo (neither does Nahla). Please visit Autism Speaks and click on the ‘Be Informed’ tab.

Halle looks too skinny – was she always that skinny, or is it just me? Halle seems like a dedicated Mother who is totally into her child. Its a shame she didn’t keep in touch with Benet’s daughter India.
I HAPPEN TO KNOW A LOT ABOUT AUTISM I LIVE WITH MY NEPHEW WHO HAPPEN TO BE AUTISTIC AND IF NAHLA WAS AUTISTIC WHATS THE BIG DEAL IF SHE WAS.IM SURE HALLE AND GAB CAN AFFORD NAHLA THE BEST CARE.UNLIKE THE OTHER LADYS YOU HAVE MENTION HALLE HAS NOT COME FORWARD WITH THAT INFO ABOUT NAHLA AND SOME TIMES YOU CAN NOT TELL JUST BY LOOKING AT A CHILD IF THEY HAVE AUTISM.ANY BODY CAN HAVE A CHILD WITH AUTISM FROM THE PRESIDENT TO A PRINCE YES AND EVEN HALLE BERRY CAN HAVE A AUTISTIC CHILD BUT WE DONT KNOW IF NAHLA IS IN FACT AUTISTIC.SO IF YOU DONT KNOW FOR SURE LET IT GO.THAT IS ALL.
From a fair standpoint no one is this world is free from having “issues”, whatever they may be. So moving on from that and sticking to the point of Halle and Nahla’s photo…it is a sweet display of a mother and daughter having their moment and enjoying the day : )

Nahla is just too cute. I think Moccasins look the best on little childrens especially high ones. There are only a few pairs of high mocassins that look great and are made for adults.
Nahla is so cute. However, something Halle said on NPR’s All Things Considered in an interview on the 31st. She stated that she would do anything to protect her daughter no matter what even if she killed someone she would help her bury the body, take a bullet whatever it took to protect her she would do it. No I am not exagerating she was dead serious. Even my own teenage son did a double take at the radio. She went on and on and said she knows that they will probably get letters about what she said but that she does not care. I would be there for my son but if a child is wrong then they are wrong.
She has issues. There is a reason why she does not have any steady men in her life; her concept of love is warped. She needs prayer and counseling. She also said on another show that she is too sensitive to everyone around her. She is estranged from her sister; they do not talk at all. Something is very wrong with her deck of cards!
Halle loves her daughter. I too would take a bullet for my son..kill someone & bury the body..I too will do whatever I have to to protect my son. I do not have a warp sense of what love is. She is simply expressing how deep her love runs for her child.
How many rich parents have bribed, killed, intimidated, & have attorneys who get their children off no matter what they have done? Lindsay Logan ring a bell? There is no difference in what Halle is saying she’ll do for hers.
I agree with Bubbles and Van. Halle isn’t playing with a full deck of cards IMO.
Taking a bullet for your child is one thing, covering up a muder they committed is another. Just look at Joran Vandersloot. If his parents wouldn’t have tried to cover up what he did the first time (Natalee Holloway) he wouldn’t have had the chance to kill again… and Lindsay Lohan’s parents BOTH have issues so putting her in the same league as them is no compliment. Halle will probably never have to worry about any of that though.
But getting back to what this post is about, lol Nahla’s boots are too cute and she is so tall!
The difference is those rich parents you are referring to are not ridiculous enough to broadcast that information publicly. Somethings are just better left unsaid.
