THE OBAMAS VOLUNTEER ON MLK DAY
President Barack Obama and his daughters Malia and Sasha sing ‘Happy Birthday’ to First Lady Michelle Obama as they arrive to take part in a community service project at Stuart Hobson Middle School in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. day (January 17th).
The president told reporters, “This is just an outstanding program, an example of what Martin Luther King’s birthday should be all about … Dr. King obviously had a dream of justice and equality in our society but he also had a dream of service, that you could be a drum major for service, that you could lead by giving back to our communities. That’s what this program is all about.”
“Michelle and I and the girls are extraordinarily proud that each year on Martin Luther King’s birthday this is how we celebrate is making sure we’re giving back to the community.”

Malia and Sasha are reallly growing up fast! Malia Obama is gorgeous and Sasha is so adorable!
I just realized that if their dad stays in office for another term [ PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!] they will be 18 and 15 when they leave office i mean Malia will be going off to some college [ probably harvard or stanford] and sasha will be sophmore in high school ! WOW!

Michelle makes me proud to be a black woman. Such a wonderful inspiring family. I love this family and I wish President Obama all the success in his presidency. Please vote for him for a second term. I would but I’m British…lol.

Malia and Sasha are so Beautiful!!! The Obamas always are volunteering somewhere. I love this family also, I can’t wait until his term is over and he comes back home to Chicago.
I hope he will get re-elected but after this term he may want to return back to his lifestyle he once knew.
