Oh wow..would people get over the one mixed twin taking more the white side and one mixed twin taking the black side!?! it happens. It isn’t uncommon..smh.

@ the twins – *eyeroll* Big fricking deal! I’ve seen mono-racial fraternal twins that came out with different colouring and builds. Where’s the big news report on them?

  • M'sgirl February 28, 2011 at 10:48 am

When my middle brother was born 45yrs ago Fed 24. My brother looked just like the twin brother without the blue eyes. My mother said she almost curse the nurses out because they didnt bring her baby because they thought he was white LOL.

  • Raygen February 28, 2011 at 10:22 am

Both of the twins looks mixed or biracial to me. I dont see what the big deal is.

  • Daniella February 27, 2011 at 6:11 pm

That is certainly the most unique spelling of “Gabriel” I’ve ever seen. Or at least I think it’s pronounced the same as the name Gabriel.

I honestly don’t understand what the big deal is with the fraternal twins, color variations happen in every family, even white or African families that have almost no mixing in them. Genetics is an interesting thing, but this is nothing new, at least in my opinion. Now if identical twins come out looking completely different, then that’s a totally different story.

On a side note though, the twins are adorable & definitely have many of the same facial features. :)

    what – no jaden???

i guess even oprah could not handle both of those huge egomaniac’s at the same time!!

    Anti-abortion billboard: Good riddance!

Biracial twins: One looks black and one looks biracial to me. Just because he has fair skin and pale eyes, it doesn’t make him white. Genetically, they are the same: part black and part white despite how they look on the outside. And it takes both parents to produce a blue-eyed child (BOTH have to carry the recessive gene for blue eyes). It was obvious that mom had the gene because of her appearance but most people incorrectly assume that black people can’t possibly carry the blue-eyed recessive gene. Anyway, I really don’t understand all the hoopla over these so-called black/white twins. What if they weren’t twins but just siblings separated by a few years? Would there be any interest?

    • Kelea February 28, 2011 at 4:30 am

No, and I completely agree. I already posted but I like the way you said it as well.

  • Victoria February 26, 2011 at 8:12 pm

The twins are cute, but there’s nothing special or that extraordinary about their skin color. They look a lot alike, otherwise. Jeeeez, in my own extended family, one aunt of mine was born with a really fair complexion, and my other aunts were born of varying brown complexions and they were born to two Black parents (my great-grandfather being half Irish). This was back at the beginning of the 1920s, and no news service was scrambling to write up any articles about it. Color variations amongst people of color are common and have taken place ever since Black people started intermarrying with each other on American soil. Big deal!

  • toy February 26, 2011 at 6:26 pm

I have to agree…I love her but, respect is respect.

  • C-Sassy February 26, 2011 at 5:45 pm

Im so sick of people making a big deal about biracial twins
(being lighter than the other). Who cares! Why is it such a big deal. So what, one is lighter than the other.

    • Kelea February 28, 2011 at 4:25 am

I completely agree! For one thing, if people actually paid attention to their facial features they look a lot alike, the article says one looks like the father and the other the mother. And on another note I don’t think the lighter baby looks only white. Why is this news again? Oh I guess because some folks are rude enough and silly enough to stop a mother on the street and insist on asking intruding questions and not liking the answers.

  • C-Sassy February 26, 2011 at 5:39 pm

@Keepitreal-I agree! I didn’t like how she responded to Oprah either. I thought it was disrespectful. She should’ve addressed her in a better manner. I don’t care if she is a kid! Learn some manners. I didn’t think it was funny or cute.

  • Bookworm J February 26, 2011 at 1:57 pm

The little boy looks like an Albino. He doesn’t have European features and he only is light skinned.

Nothing off the charts about the twins. They look a like but are different shades. Sometimes I don’t even believe these couples. I know things are rough but I highly doubt they get the negative comments or anything. Stares are common, people who are extra tall or short get stares.

Nothing to write an article about. Sounds like the Parents are pimping this “Black and White” twin thing.

BTW, What’s up with the names? Trinity and Gabriel are the correct spellings. Stop getting “creative”, it looks silly.

Willow needs to go to school. That’s it.

As for Royce, all the do is pimp these people and they are degrading towards black because some of us do have class and respect for ourselves. They couldn’t pay me 1 billion dollars to be some show like that.

    • Sherley February 26, 2011 at 2:05 pm

Nothing wrong in what you just said.

  • Ms. J February 26, 2011 at 1:21 pm

Oh those twins are beautiful! Why are people still surprised about that?
Any why didn’t Diana Ross and her kids/grandson not get posted on here? They were just on Oprah. They made a nice video for Ms. O.
Willow keep doing your thing. I love ya. And the little girl in the black and white dress is too cute.

  • Tami February 26, 2011 at 1:11 pm

Before everyone attacks Willow can you wait til you see the flipping show?We all know editing can be mischeving.Hmmmmmmm

    • Trisha_B February 28, 2011 at 11:38 am

Thank you. People are so quick to jump to conclusions. Give the little girl break, she can’t ever win. You can clearly tell the commercial was edited.

Lauren London doesn’t seem to age. She’s so pretty. I like that she has kept her lil man & private life to herself. But i’ll still love to see a pic of the prince hahaha (Oh & i gotta thank Madam CJ walker too. Me & the flat iron have a special bond )

  • S. February 26, 2011 at 12:49 pm

-Thank God that billboard was taken down… extremely disrespectful in the first place

-Nothing *new* or interesting about twins being born with a combination of their parents phenotype. What is this, like the third “incident” in the last two years?

    -No comment for Willow

    -They need to cancel VH1

    • Fashionedbygod33 February 26, 2011 at 1:21 pm

@S, pretty much everything you wrote.

    • Sherley February 26, 2011 at 2:01 pm

      Double that sentiment

  • Essence February 26, 2011 at 12:31 pm

I agree but I will wait and watch the show before I pass judgement because it depends on what pretense she was saying it under because sometimes previews can make things seem worse than what they are.

    • Kim February 26, 2011 at 1:06 pm

The ‘Girl’ response was to another question not the question referring to her closet. The “girl” was not Oprah. Watch the show. They edited the commercial trying to be messy.

      • Tami February 26, 2011 at 1:13 pm

I def think that was some editing there!Because I dunno we’ll see

  • gjaja February 26, 2011 at 12:11 pm

it is acctually called “being a child”
