MUSIC VIDEO, CHARITY: ALL IN A DAY’S WORK FOR SWIZZ AND SON
Yesterday, Prince Nasir,11, was on hand to watch his dad film a music video for the New York Knicks anthem “Go NY Go.” It has been ten years since the song has been remade.
“As far as music-wise, my job is to make sure I make an anthem that takes the game level from point A to point B, keep the crowd hype,” Swizz told MTV News. “Just doing what I do. Just like what the players gonna do, what they gonna do on the court. It’s just a joint effort to raise the bar for New York, let everyone know it’s a problem this year.”
Later that evening, the father and son team attended the 2011 Garden of Dreams Talent Show at Radio City Music Hall. Garden of Dreams is a non-profit charity which aims to “to make dreams come true for kids facing obstacles”.

Aww, too cute, there’s something very endearing about Nasir, he seems like such a sweet kid.
I’ve always felt that Swizz was a great father to all his kids, and it’s nice to see that him and Alicia are always putting all the kids first.
Off topic, but speaking of Alicia, I know Egypt is with her in LA filming that movie she’s directing, so I’m really going to need those LA paparazzi’s to get on their job and get us pic lol! I know she’s protecting him, but she must have developed some kind of invisible power, because he’s already 6 months old and no one has seen him!

Seems like we see a lot more of Swizz with his oldest son since his divorce from Mashonda. Not trying to start anything, it could just be that paparazzi follow him more since all of the drama and marriage to Alicia.

Prince Nasir is a cutie! He is getting tall. I find it so funny how Swizz kids all have different mothers but still look like him. He has some strong genes. I think Swizz is a great dad and sexy looking man. You always see him with his kids.

I think your comment was out of line…..it was just a compliment and where did you get that the person who made the comment was black???? And yes you’re correct where you say a MAN is suppose to take care of his children but it is sexy to see any man of any color take exceptional care of his children other than the basic necessities. It shows other women that if they were to enter a relationship with a man like him that he will also take care of his responsibilities with her as well. But of course it people like you who lable everything as a Race Issue.

I always get quite perturbed whenever I hear of people congratulating men for doing their JOB as a parent; which is to take care of THEIR children.
Why do they need to be complimented for something that is mandatory?
Women aren’t complimented when they stay in their children’s lives and do as they’re supposed to like any responsible parent would.
Prince Nasir Dean, I like his name, is a cute kid. He seem to kinda have his daddy’d nose, but I works for him.
Swizz seems like a great dad & he’s been grinding xtra hard since his marriage to A Keys. When you get a high caliber lady it makes you work that much harder to provide, Way 2 go Swizzy!!!!

Does Swizz have custody of his oldest son? It seems like it to me.
