MARIAH AND NICK WELCOME TWINS!
It’s a boy and a girl for Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon! The couple welcomed their twins on April 30th, which also happens to be their third wedding anniversary.
Carey, 42, gave birth on Saturday at 12:07 p.m. EST at a hospital in Los Angeles. Baby girl Cannon was born first, weighing 5 lbs., 3 oz., and was 18 inches long; baby boy Cannon was next, at 5 lbs. 6 oz., and was 19 inches.
Berger, Mariah’s representative, tells People.com, “she’s doing great” and they were listening to Carey’s “We Belong Together” after the children were born. “I spoke to both of them and they are both completely overjoyed.”
Berger also adds, “Nick was very nervous and Mariah was completely calm. Mariah thought it was another soft labor and Nick was driving her to the hospital and she very calm and the music was blasting. When they walked into the hospital, [Nick] was going the wrong way and they nurse redirected them to go the maternity ward, and I said to her, ‘that’s right out of I Love Lucy,’ and she laughed.”

Congratulations, finally the little Cannon’s have arrived. Why haven’t they released the names? Didn’t Nick or Mariah say they had names picked out since they met?
I think these twins will be the coolest twins ever lol. They got one of the worlds best singers & diva as a mother & the goofiest dad. I can imagine that household being filled w/ a lot of laughter. I can’t wait to see the outfits Mariah will have the little girl wearing, i know it won’t disappoint lol.
I think the reason mariah’s pregnancy felt so long is b/c she let the world know from the beginning & from that day till now, she’s been in the media everyday! So it was like we were getting a documentary of her pregnancy haha. & I heard a lot of celebs lie about their due date or how far along they are so the paps don’t camp out front the hospitals

Congrats to Nick and Mariah! It’s about time, and to think it happened on their anniversary. It’s so funny because so many people doubted their relationship. Even I gave it a side-eye when I first found out they were a couple. I guess they showed all the naysayers. Yup.

Congrats Nick & Mariah!!! I am so glad the twins are healthy. I am sure they are cute. 42? WOW..my aunt is pregnant now @ 41 & her & her hubby did it the naturally…anything is possible to all the women who have kids later in life. I think its great!
