GARCELLE BEAUVAIS AND EX-HUSBAND FINALIZE CUSTODY AGREEMENT
The Beauvais-Nilon twins better known as Jaid and Jax are growing up fast! As such, mom Garcelle Beauvais says she tries to spend as much time with boys as she can, especially now that she has to share custody with their father.
According to E! News, Beauvais and her ex-husband Mike Nilon will share custody of their boys “and will share legal and physical custody per the terms of a very detailed schedule that encompasses holidays, weekends, etc….. Per their agreement, Nilon will fork over $5,000 in monthly child support until the kids are 18, plus maintain a $3 million life-insurance policy naming his sons as beneficiaries.”
“Beauvais, whose income is listed at $250,000 a year (her ex’s bread is a little more filling, at $736,000), will also receive $100,000, a cut of the proceeds from the sale of their Sherman Oaks home, a 2010 Land Rover LRF, half of their furniture and a portion of the money in their various bank accounts.”

Why are women are so hard on other women and turn a blind eye to the personal baggage and flaws that men also bring to a relationship. Men make choices that end a relationships such as infidelity, emotional and physical abuse. However, you rarely hear men speak of their flaws and what damage they did to their partner/relationship or children. but will have women and men uphold a man’s bad behavior and make excuses for them and automatically blame the woman. (The she could not keep a man BS comes from this— as if all men are worth keeping) Do you really think it is easy for a very sucessful women to find a partner she can TRUST and who is capable of dealing with her success and loving her.
GARCELLE BEAUVAIS ex husband and Halle’s ex are of very different
backgrounds and upbringings and this plays in how they are capable of dealing with situations. Halle grew up in a far more stable family setting than Aubry did. The one who most likely needs conseling is Aubry but for some reason he is perceived by many to be a full fledged saint who could not possibly be causing problems or have any issues.
You’re kidding right? Halle talks about her home life including an alcoholic and abusive father. Altho, word is she highly exaggerates her pain for press. Aubry has talked about an idyllic lifestyle that he hoped his child to have. So, what are you talking about?
Gabriel Aubry grew up in between 8-10 FOSTER FAMILIES and until about 5 years ago had not met his family.
So you are basically assuming that he came out of that situation scot-free;free of any emotional baggage!
Unlike Aubry;Halle has NOT hide the fact that she was traumatize by abuse at home;her father walking out and has barely talked about Wesley Snipes bursting her left eardrum that has left her deaf in that ear.
Just because you see Aubry with Nahla doesn’t mean he treated Halle well and just because you see Nahla on the streets with her surrounded by papz doesn’t mean all his well in Gabriel Aubry’s head
Folks are starting to figure out why Gabriel Aubry gets a pass and why ALL the blame goes to Halle.Aubry is a white man and just because he is seen with Nahla;it must mean Aubry is a saint.

I’m not exactly sure where you got your facts but you are incorrect. I’m myself from Montreal, Canada and I can tell you that Gabriel has been with 5 different foster family before moving back with his dad and not 8-10 like you are saying. Maybe you should get your facts straight next time. Obviously Gabriel was the only sane one in the relationship. Halle is the one who keeps saying negative stuff about her baby’s father. If she cared about her child she would keep these stuff to herself because at some point in her life Nahla is going to hear what her mother has been saying about her father. It’s better to keep these quiet. We don’t need to know all of this and we all know that Halle has some daddy issues. And if what Halle is saying is true about Gabriel, I seriously doubt that any judge would have let the poor child spend time with him.
Boys need their dads.
This really speaks well of her character that she could get along with him for the sake of her little boys. I wish she would speak with HALLE BERRY, but knowing her she probably would not listen.

Yes I agree that Garcielle was the bigger person throughout this ordeal. She is truly a classy woman and a true professional. That is why I like her so much. He didn’t deserve her anyways.
Yikes! Is that really all she makes? I really hope there is some more income unaccounted for because I almost make that much, I’m not a celebrity, and I’m just my first year out of law school.
I agree. She should have residual income checks from her role on the Jaime Fox show …. what is that about? $250k is nothing these days as the value of the dollar steadily declines. I run a home based business and I bring in $100 – $200k in yearly business … it does not seem right for her line of work. It is also a shame that her business is all over the internet for everyone to know.
I agree with both of you gals. I don’t think she made that much on The Jamiee Fox Show. She wasn’t the lead character and the show was on the WB. I also don’t recall her doing any plays or movies ever. So that might be the correct amount. But at least he earn more and she will have his money to help her out with the boys.

@Stace, MMonique is either on a hyper fast track or spinning one because the average starting salary is around what your cousin makes and some make even less than that depending on the sector. Considering that many Americans earn less than half of the $250K Garcelle supposedly brings home in a year, I’d say your cousin is making out ok in the REAL WORLD, lol!

Divorces is so nasty. I am glad he has to pay up bc he cheated and he was very wrong for that. I really love Garceille Beavais..she is one ofmy fave Black actresses. And her twins are my fave celeb twins. They are just too cute.
