HALLE BERRY IS A CONCERNED MOTHER
Halle Berry was photographed picking up daughter Nahla,3, from a pre-4th of July party at a friends house in West Hollywood, California on July 1st, 2011.
Meanwhile, Halle appeared in court this past Tuesday and accused Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry, of violating their custody agreement and putting their child at risk.
TMZ reports, “Halle is concerned for 3-year-old Nahla when she’s in the care of Gabriel. Our sources would not be specific about the violations, but we’re told it has to do with requirements Gabriel was supposed to follow when he had custody of Nahla.”

This is the same woman who says her daddy issues is the blame 4 all of her man problems. Yet on Oprah in May 2004 she reported that she’ll have a baby w/ whomever she happens to be with & is open to terminating his parental rights. WOW!! She is selfish & a control freak. Eric has nearly 20 yrs of parent experience & she would say he is an unfit father too just to get even or control the relationship.
halle needs to stop acting like a fool and let that man spend some time with his child!! she made a statement weeks ago that they were going to work in the best interest of their daughter. guess she still thinks that SHE is what is the best interest. this mess about her not being safe with gabe is a bunch of junk!! and she knows that! she ain’t wrapped too tight at all!

She should have gone to a sperm bank! No physical father included! SMH!
What is going on with Halle? Is she trying to take Nahla away from her father! I think if she is wrong in her worries it would be a mistake to split Nahla and Gabriel apart cause Nahla will lose a part of herself and will all day ask “where is daddy?”.
She should pull herself together and allow Gabriel to see Nahla.
Nahla looks happy and safe when she is around with Gabriel – at least at the public pictures ..

I don’t know if Halle is crazy, I don’t know her to make that judgement. I do know that Gabriel doesn’t walk on water but that’s a two way street, Halle doesn’t either. I know that you can’t tell from pics that someone is a good parent, but again two way street, just like you can’t tell Gabe is a good parent, you can’t tell if Halle is one. You can tell that Nahla looks happy no matter which parent she’s with so maybe that sheds some light on the parenting.
I will say that it’s hard to not see Halle as in the wrong. Like people have stated before all her past relationships have ended with her publicly villifying her exes, and with Gabriel everything was all good even after they broke up, then all of a sudden she turned him into a racist who puts their child’s life in danger. Gabriel on the other hand has said nothing but that he wasn’t going to say anything publicly. Now reportedly bad father or not, that just shows how smart he is, because he’s not making a fool out of himself, trying to publicly discredit someone whose said nothing about him.
Last basically to reiterate what the commentors DJ and van said, it’s a difference between endangering your child like your letting them play in the pool without any supervision, and letting them stay up and eat junk food. Yes there are some dad’s that need to step up on disciplining their child or children altogether, but there’s a difference between that and letting them do things that you wouldn’t let them do, like stay up past their bed times. Whether your with the father/mother of your child or not, there are always going to be things you don’t mind them doing that the other parent isn’t going to like or would never let them do.

Please, Halle Berry is a nut case, can’t keep a man and is known for being a notoriously controlling b*tch. Why would you side with someone who obviously tries to drive a wedge between her daughter and the daddy? She used him plain and simple and now it was his time to go and she found ways to get rid of him even if it was through lies. I don’t trust her at all and I hope he won’t give up on fighting for his girl.

I haven’t seen pics of Oliver and Halle together in a while. I wonder if she is still dating him. I find it interesting that we are seeing pictures of Gabrielle with Nahla now that Oliver seems to be out of the picture.
Halle is trying to CONTROL Gabriel, but she does not realize that he is not hers to control.
Halle is pull crap out of thin air. She wants to PUSH Gabriel OUT of Nahla’s life, Halle obviously has issues. The girl IS half his so he has the right to make decisions in her life. Halle needs to stop with the drama, before Nahla ends up with daddy issues JUST like her mother. A few months ago Halle was claiming the guy was touching the kid.
Gabriel and Halle needs to take parenting classes together and a little family therapy so they can be on the same page with the care of Princess Nahla. Gabriel needs to learn how to care for a young child and Halle needs to learn to trust Gabriels instincts/parenting skills. Gabriel may be too lax and Halle may be a little too controlling. Eitherway, Nahla loses. Otherwise, they will spend more time in court than they do in the parks pushing her on the swing.

@bubbles thanks for posting the link I was beginning to wonder why they haven’t had pics of dahlia with her dad as they share custody of her. Halle is a great mom its clear to see Nahla always dressed like a little girl and in cute outfits and she’s always smiling and having fun.
I don’t know how true this is but I read some where Halle has “rules” she wants Gabe to follow when Nahla is with him. My sister is going thru this with her “soon to be” ex-husband. My sister is trying to control two households. Finally my sister realized she can’t control what happens at her ex-husband’s house. And he love’s their daughter. Even tho my sister doesn’t like some of the things he lets her get away with he is not killing her. So my sister had to let it go. Halle had no issue with him watching Nahla when they were together. This is just my opinion but I think Halle is a controling person. That’s why he ended the relationship. There is a reason the “sources” at TMZ isn’t telling what Gabe did to make Halle so “concern”. I think Halle’s friends who leaked this info to TMZ left it out because it’s something like letting her stay up past her bed time or eatting junk food.
DJ I read this also on another site. They said Halle comes down hard on Gabe if he drops Nahla off just 5 minutes late or is not on time to pick her up. Said Halle critizes Gabe for not taking Nahla to the “right places”, not dressing her correctly, not feeding her the right foods. Reportedly Halle had a “nuclear meltdown” because Gabe gave Nahla pizza on her “non-cheat” days whatever that is? Said Halle is totally micro-managing him and he has no freedom with his daughter. Said her Attorneys have been building a case against him and when he does something she doesn’t like he is slammed. Hence Halle making an unscheduled court apperance with a “thick dossier of alleged wrongdoings.
We don’t know what Aubry is doing or not doing based on a photograph.
I really don’t think Halle would be back in court if it wasn’t absolutely necessary. A man can love his child however that does not mean he is NOT violating a court ordered custody agreement. Maybe Aubry has “issues” he needs to try to deal with. Unfortunately, animosity toward Ms Berry for whatever reasons automatically give Aubry the benefit of the doubt. For the record Aubry does not walk on water.
I think for most of her career people believed whatever Halle said about her ex husbands or boyfriends. When ever Eric, David or the others said things to defend themselves no one would believe them because everyone believed Halle. After 20 years of her vilifying every ex in her past. Some people are starting to think something is up with her.
She looks OKAY, like a celebrity kid growing up and no one here knows what goes on with those people off-camera. No need to guess or assume. As long as the child is healthy and happy that is all that matters.

Nahla is a beautiful little girl. I’m sure Halle is acting like any mother would when the father comes and gets their child and she probably told him (and I bet they have it on paper also when they were working out visitation), that there are certain things he needs to follow to keep their child balance between both of them. He probably figures he doesn’t have to listen to Halle every whim when it comes to that baby but how and what he does with Nahla at his home can actually interfere how she behaves and act when she goes back home to her mother. Me and my ex-husband were having those same problems and our child started acting out and I had to limit her time she spent with her dad until he followed certain rules. And as a mother I know for a fact that it’s very irritating when you are trying to get your child to the point to where things are balanced and the father doesn’t seem to understand sometimes that rules are put there to help not hurt the relationship between everyone. Like I told him he can be the fun parent, just follow certain things that way I won’t end up looking like the mean parent when things get out of hand. Like they say, it’s all fun and games until somebody gets hurt.

I think its safe to say that Hall eshould have waiting for a husband,a good one not like the others bcuz she wouldn’t have to worry about htis kind of thing.I know it must be stressful,but he is still the father and if she starts acting anything like Dewayne Wades baby momma and not letting him see Nahla when she is suppose to under a court order than she will soon lose Nahla.It’s pretty sad when parents have to go to court for custody.Hope it works out.And p.s Nahla is starting to look just like Gabriel.

Yes, Halle does love her daughter but so does her dad and moms have to realize that the child does not belong to them exclusively. This will be Halle’s only child and that makes her anxious and overbearing I think.
Sometimes we Mommies have to be a mama-bear or mama-lion, regardless of the other party’s “input” into the situation. Have you noticed how a mama lion or bear will literally kill anything or anyone that is a threat to their babies?! I don’t care how much sperm a man contributes, if he is any harm to your child, you are less than a woman and mother if you don’t protect your child! Btw, I’m not saying that is the case with Halle and Gabriel. Although, I do believe that he is one of those “look at me… I’m being a daddy”, dads.
Nahla is such a cutie..I wish she were mines! Halle is a real mother that carees abt her daughter and it shows. I am in love with Halle & Nahla.

Gabe is the classic Disneyland dad when he is in charge of Nahla, meaning that he goes over board letting the child do and eat what she wants. Disneyland dads are like that because they want to keep the kids happy. Moms are just the opposite they want the same rules, dietary and otherwise, kept the same as when the kid is at home. Gabriel is French and probably has a different parenting style than Halle does.
Your description of Gabriel sounds like a lot of regular dads I know. Dad is the fun parent, and mommy means business.

I has to be a terrible feelings when you have a child with someone and you feel you can’t even trust them with the child you made together. I hope, for Nahla’s sake, that whatever the issue is between them will be resolved because Gabriel will forever be Nahla’s daddy.
It is a terrible feeling Teri. When my son was little, I worried like crazy when he was with his father, but I prayed a lot & my son is fine. His father doesn’t spend any time with him now, but it’s alright by my son.
I love Halle, but sometimes I think, she’s a little too over protective. I don’t think Gabe will hurt his daughter & Nahla is old enough to tell, so she may need to relax a little bit..just a little.
