Proud sisters Selah,12, and Sarah,3, Marley(inset pictures) hold on to their new baby brother! Singer Lauryn Hill welcomed her sixth child this past weekend(July 23rd, 2011), as first reported by Blackcelebkids.com.
The baby, whose name has yet to be released, was born with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck(Read More). As of today, both mom and baby are in good health.

Lauryn needs to go on tour or perform a show!!! I haven’t had a chance to see her. I know R.Kelly is doing an exclusive show on a cruise. Lauryn should def jump on that with him. Its called the Love Letter Cruise.

I have “To Zion” playing in the background while reading this; that song always brings a tear to my eye, and I believe it’s a true reflection of the love she has for all of her babies. Lauren is always a joy to behold when with her children; she always looks blissed and truly happy, and the kids look completely fine, all gorgeous too! Birth complications are uncommon, but certainly not rare. I’m sure he’s a bouncing little boy surrounded by many smiling, loving faces right now. A belated Congratulations to the happy Mama and many blessings for the beautiful “boy-child”. Jah bless!

To Pieces that dress you are dissing, its a designer dress done by Brazilian Designer Alexandre Herchcovitch and her celtic lace leggings are by Alexander McQueen. Lauryn still wears designer clothes and the blue and white dress she was wearing at Coachela that people called a tablecloth is by Jill Sanders. The floral dress she was wearing at Jimmy Fallon show is by Jill Sandners as well. The beautiful African inspired jewellery she has been rocking lately during shows is done by designer Melanie Eswani. Lauryn is still fashion forward, just because she is not wearing slut attired she looks weird to some people.
She does wear nice stuff. She just chooses to put it together haphazardly. I’m beginning to get used to her odd style. It’s kind of funny (in a good way)to see what she’ll show up on stage in.

I haven’t really got into this story,but I will say that what is done is done and if her boyfriend or husband does not want anything to do with the baby then so be it.The baby is innocent,either way I’m sure things will be taken care of.

She’s proud of saying there is no male figure at all in her household.
I know that 8 of her kids were artificially inseminated, but some of the other 6 must have Dad’s she actually conceived with.

Diana Ross successfully reared 5 kids from 3 different fathers, and she did it primarily as a single mother, divorced mother, as well as a widowed mother after divorcing her sons Dad.
The fact that Lauryn is a millionaire, should help her out with material resources in raising her basketball team.
I don’t think like OCTOMOM, she will have to primarily depend on her older kids to help her raise the octuplets. Did you see them on the TODAY show with Ann Curry!? Talk about a wild scene! She admitted having one of her older daughters helping her a lot with the 8 toddlers. That’s not fair for the older girl. I’m not judging, just opining as usual.
Diane Ross’ first daughter, Rhonda’s father is Berry Gordy! If my oldest daughter’s father had over $60 million, then I would have no problem raising 5 children by myself!

Octomom said something was missing in her life & that is why she kept having children. One of her closest gay male friends agreed to donate his sperm to her as long as he didn’t have to play a major part in their lives. I’m sure he didn’t realize she was going to go hog crazy.
Now Nadiya decided to have just one more & she ended up with 8. Tired of her behind as well. She said it cost $15k a month to support her family & she receives no goverment support. Now that woman needs a straight jacket.

wow, we didn’t have to wait very long for a pic of this little guy. the picture was released before the name lol! still has that newborn squishy baby look, so it’s hard to tell his features at this point.
