NE-YO IS HAVING A BOY!
Ne-yo has revealed that he and his girlfriend Monyetta Shaw are expecting a baby boy! The singer shared the happy news while on the red carpet for the ASCAP Rhythm& Soul Atlanta Legends Dinner event last night.
When asked if fatherhood has affected the type of music he makes, he said to Uptownmagazine, “I’ve always prided myself on being able to make music that everybody can listen to and that’s not [going] change. That’s just reinforced now that I have a little girl and a little boy on the way. Yeah I’m doing the same thing I’ve been doing.”
Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Chimere Smith) welcomed his first child, a daughter named Madilyn Grace Smith, in November of last year.
The superstar was more than elated when Madilyn was born last fall. “She’s healthy and happy. Feels like I’m in luv for the first time,” he tweeted. “Welcoming that lil’ girl to the world last night defined for me what ‘willing to kill and die for’ truly means. My world, my life, all hers.”

Ne-yo obviously has no respect for this woman,livin with her and gettin her pregnant twice but never ever asking her to marry him and make a commitment.
Congrats to Neyo but here is my thing he needs a positive support/managment team around him,That would help him to belevie more in himself and be more self assured in his great music otherwise he will continue to show his lack of self esteem and that really upsets me because he has so much more to offer

now I dont know about this whole gay speculation about Neyo…..if so…who cares anyway…..but the marriage comments are annoying….Marriage doesnt give a stable invironment to children…it is the parents relationship to each other…and how they treat each other…….there are plenty of couples who have children and are not married that give their children the perfect invironment to grow up……some people just think marriage is nothing but a piece of paper…….for others it is very important…..I think we should just let the people live their lives

I find this whole situtation offensive and not because of his supposed sexual orientation, but because of his blatant disrespect of her and the lack of self-respect/worth on her part and the poor children that don’t ask to be a part of this dysfunction. First off congrats on the soon to have baby boy! Someone said something about Ne-yo on a previous archive and now it has me wondering who actually think sex was involved in the conception of these babies!!! Is she even his gf just asking!!
I think that is a good question, I never see them together. When he attends events, he either come alone or he has some other chick on his arm. One time, he had a white foregin chick with him. So I really dont know what this is…and there hasnt been any baby pics of Madilyn. Neyo isnt that big or mysterious as Bey or Mariah, so it is really making me wonder now…
I don’t know if he’s gay or not. What I do know is that if he is, there needs to be no big annoucement about it, but he also doesn’t need to put up a front. People really need to stop that, it’s pointless and silly.

Yes, this does sound like many of the homosexual arrangements that I have seen. Many often have someone designated to have children with. With her already knowing that it’s a boy, she has to be at least 5 months which is pretty close. Sounds like someone is getting a fee to carry babies.
He needs to share some news that he’s going to marry his girlfriend….If she is good enough to be the mother of his children then she should be good enough to marry.

Yeah, there isn’t much good being said about the book but that’s because people can’t seem to get past the title! He makes good points, although I don’t agree with all of them. I think it’s a pretty good read!

I don’t care if he is actually gonna marry her. She stuck with him when he went out of his way to call her a “friend” while she was carrying his child. That’s insanity.
I agree with you Truth Seeker and I also remember him making negative remarks about her while she was pregnant. Personally, I dont care abt is sexuality but I just find this entire situation odd.
