SOLANGE’S MUSE
Soon-to-be-aunt, Solange Knowles is preparing for the arrival of her niece in February. While waiting for the new family addition, Solange decided to capture a few pictures of her son Daniel Julez Smith.
As many of you know, Julez is Beyonce’s famed nephew who travels to various places with the singer. To date, the 7-year-old has made appearances on talk shows and visited other countries including France.

He looks just like his grandmother (Ms Tina) to me….I hope Baby Carter resemble the Knowles side of the family. Handsome little boy.
Hope Beyonces baby comes out lookin somethin like him or her.
He is a very handsome boy. He already has his adult face and will grow into it. If you block out his hair and look at features he resembles his grandmother, mother and aunt a lot. He has their features. He seems to be a well adjusted young boy and I love that his mother allows him to be a normal little boy — wearing his favorite plaid shirt as often as he wants. I have never seen pictures of him with nannies or caretakers hanging all around him. Good for Solange!

I LOVE his fro, and his eyes. He seems like a cool kid, and I bet he gives good conversation for his age! Lol.
I love his ‘fro! His eyes are gorgeous too. I think his kid-cuteness would shine through if you saw him playing and just being a kid–these still shots just don’t capture that with him.
I lovehis curly fro he looks just like my youngest brother and sister put together Light eyes and skin but light brown curly hair.
please cut that fro off he’s a cute kid in a special way lol not being rude
this lil boy is gorgeous! he has beautiful eyes that are the same shape as beyonce’s. (i think so anyway). i would love to hear him play the drums!

BCK, I love you guys but Julez is more than Beyonce’s nephew. He’s Solange’s son. He was Solange’s son before Beyonce was pregnant & started being shown on here & he will remain that way. Please allow him that solo spotlight.

I agree Sherley, that’s so annoying. It’s Solange’s son, she gave birth to him. And Solange was just taking pictures of her son to take pictures of her son, not awaiting or preparing for the birth of Beyonce’s kid.
I completely agree, I think that’s one of the problems Solange has with the media, is that they always start a sentence with
“Beyonce’s little sister Solange” Instead of just saying
“Producer, song writer, artist Solange Knowles”. I mean we get it she is Beyonce’s sister but she is also her own self and has had enough accomplishments to be recognized as an individual.

Well if she wasn’t Beyonce’s sister she would have no career and neither would Jessica Simpsons’ sister Ashely, so they need to love it.
Chile PLS! Solange wrote songs for Destiny Child & Beyonce’s solo career. She didn’t use them & claim they were her own, she actually wrote them. Knock on someone who doesn’t have talent, but Solange clearly does.
if she was writing songs and that’s a BIG IF for Destiny’s Child Also known as Beyonce and N’em again thanks to Beyonce. She wasn’t writing for anyone else…lol
He is an adorable little boy but I don’t think that His aunt B will be as lucky with the looks for her child because of how JayZ looks but hopefully it has B’s looks and as long as it’s healthy

I agree, & its also b/c he’s not photographed doing child-like things. he’s like a little grown man lol. He’s always photographed going going to events w/ his mom or aunt & uncle, and being around a lot of older people. Maybe he’s different on his own time lol
