Singer Melanie Brown shared this photo of her husband Stephen Belafonte, and her daughters Madison, 4-months, and Angel, 4, at a family gathering. Melanie recently blogged about the amazing holiday season that she and the family had. Brown writes,
“From Christmas Eve, cooking dinner with the family, to opening up Christmas presents and the aftermath, then to New Year’s Eve. The Brown-Belafonte family have certainly had an amazing holiday season! And WOW, what an amazing 2011! A new, beautiful, baby girl, X Factor in Australia, a healthy and happy family, what more could a girl ask for?!?! And now, roll on 2012, where it is all about putting your best foot forward. And for us, lots of new exciting adventures! Wishing everyone a great year!”

I’m glad Mel b moved on and found a better dad for her girls.
I completely understand that ppl get into situations and don’t expect it to be long term, ie. Marriage, children etc. But we give our men a free pass (if they pay child support), on one hand but dog them out on the other when they don’t have relationships with their children. Let’s be clear, both parents are responsible to and for children! If you don’t want a child in the 21st century, there are TONS of ways to avoid it. Mr. Murphy along with all these other irresponsible men can’t hide behide “I didn’t want or plan a baby!” Angel is here and deserves LOVE not just a check from her bio dad. Beautiful blended family

I always wonder why they don’t show pictures of her face either, they did a magazine shoot like the week she was born. So we’ve already seen her, so why can’t we see her now,but whatever…
Angel looks adorable like a mini Eddie Murphy. She looks alot like Mel too, but Eddie’s features just overpower and alot more striking, IMO, especially the eyes.

Why should he be ashamed of himself!?!? Mel has already said that Eddie does see Angel, and yes he does pay his child support, and on time seeing as we haven’t heard anything about it. Women need to be smarter, when it comes to choosing who they’re going to have a baby with, because at the end of the day, we’re the ones left holding the bag literally. Women date these men for such a short period of time, pop out a baby, and then wonder why the man don’t want the baby or them. Just because they climbed on top of you and whispered some sweet nothings, doesn’t mean that they meant it.

Everytime on this website, when there’s a post on Angel, there’s at least one person saying that Eddie should be ashamed of himself. What I’m saying is that if you look at the fact that he and Melanie started dating not too long after he divorced and that they didn’t date very long at that, it seems very off that he would want to jump into another long term relationship with a kid and everything right after another. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, although I’ve never heard/seen it happen, but I’m sure those are very few. I know Mel said Angel was planned and that Eddie wanted her, but men say alot of things, doesn’t mean that they mean it.

Yep men will say anything just to get some.I’m just glad that Mel B has moved on and is not worried about Eddie anymore.I always wonderd why after 3 years would she let Eddie come back and see Angel,but I guess its because he is paying 50,000 a month in c/s.I don’t think she will be arguing with him about much of anything anymore.
I love the way he loves that little girl…meaning Angel. She always looks so comfortable with him, even on the show. With the issues that the two oldest girls have had with their bio-dads, it’s good that they have a great relationship with Stephan.
