GUY RITCHIE AND SONS: HARRY POTTER STUDIO TOUR
Guy Ritchie and sons David,6, and Rocco,12, attended the grand opening of the ‘Harry Potter’ Studio Tour at Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire, UK.
Guy and his ex-wife, singer Madonna, adopted David in 2006 from Malawi in Southeastern, Africa. The former couple split in 2008.
“I enjoyed my first marriage. It’s definitely not something I regret. The experience was ultimately very positive,” he said. “I love the kids that came out of it, and I could see no other route to take. But you move on, don’t you?” Guy said recently.

These boys actually look very similar.
I have never seen a single picture of Guy with Mercy (correct if i’m wrong) so I honestly don’t believe that he’s involved in her life. Also, and this may be going against popular opinion, I don’t feel like he’s obligated to be in her life. Just because your ex whom you have a child with, has another child, shouldn’t mean that you’re required to spend time and/or money/attention on that child. It would be different if like Lourdes she was your child while you were together, but Mercy came along after he was out of the picture. I’m really glad that he stayed involved with David, and acknowledges him as his child, but he really has no obligations to Mercy.
I know Madonna adopted her last daughter after the divorce, but I wonder how the dynamic between Guy and her last daughter is.
David is gorgeous!
Davi is huge, he was like a baby just the other day.. LOL
That is not true. Lourdes is grown so she will not be running around with her kid brothers. Lourdes’ bio Dad also takes all the kids. Madonna make sure these men take care of business..
David has really grown
David looks like the strong silent type. he’s growing into quite the handsome young man.

So glad to see David’s dad stayed in his life. Kids of adoption can already have abandonment issues.
Well, he would have been a jerk if he had left him! Maybe some people do that, but do you imagine him picking up and visiting Rocco and ignoring his other son? I can’t picture such a heartless person, although there are many in the world!
that does speak a lot of his character. they adopted him together. i remember when halle married eric benet she said even if something happened she would be there for his daughter and as soon as they divorced she was gone.
