DEM BABIES CELEBRATE THEIR FIRST BIRTHDAY IN PARIS!
April 30, 2012 marked the first birthday of Dem Babies a.k.a Moroccan and Monroe Cannon. The twins celebrated in style at the Plaza Athenee in Paris, France. Monroe and Moroccan were surrounded by loads of gifts and balloons that highlighted the festival. Both Mariah and Nick were present to commemorate the event.

Earlier that day, Mariah performed onstage in Austria as part of the “Top of the Mountain” concert series. She rocked the party in a skin-tight jumpsuit and, of course, told everyone about the one year anniversary of her babies’ birth. Mariah said, “Singing at this altitude is almost like giving birth to twins, which I did last year on this day.. lol! Happy birthday dem babies!!”
Proud father Nick Cannon also tweeted about his twins on their special day saying, “One of the happiest days of my life! Watching my wife on stage on our 4th anniversary & celebrating our kids 1st birthday! On a Jet home!”
Mariah and Nick renewed their wedding vows for the fourth time in Paris on Friday, April 27, 2012. The couple promised to love and cherish one another once again during an intimate ceremony at the Eiffel Tower. Nick and Mariah wedded in 2008. They welcomed Monroe and Moroccan into the world in 2011.

Pretty pics, but i would much rather see them in something more casual, eating birthday cake with their hands and making a big fun mess. They should be running around giggling and playing, not posing in dress up clothes. Let “dem babies” be babies.
They look so nice together as a family. The twins are so lucky they have parents like them, what a great they have.
To each their own….I think its nice that they love each other enough to want to renew them. I was going to renew mine at 10yrs but we had a HUGE party instead so I think maybe 15yrs…4 more to go. You don’t find too many couples that do anything special to celebrate their love…so KUDOS to them. Do what it takes to keep the love alive!
Renew vows every year…for four years? My parents are renewing their vows this year; their 17th year. They were supposed to have done it for their 15th but the earthquake in Haiti derailed those plans.

Sherely, I am 100% with you. They renew their vows every year just like Heidi and Seal did, which is odd in my opinion but hey it’s their marriage/life. I wish them all the best
I guess it’s kind of odd because it’s not the norm. At the same time, I can’t say there’s anything wrong with it, because I heard someone else bring up the point that things happen and things change, people change all the time, every year and they may want to re-commit themselves to each other, make new promises, and this could be their way of sealing that. It was a good point IMO. Honestly, at this point in time, anything someone’s going to do to keep their marriage together, I think is good.
