TERRELL OWENS GETS HAMMERED FOR BEING BAD PARENT, PROMISES TO DO BETTER
Terrell Owens has four children by four different women, and pays $50,000 per month in child support. Although the former NFL star has appealed to the court system to lower monthly payments, he is still responsible for giving each mother over $100,000 per year.With all of the finances given every month to support his children, one would think that Terrell would be viewed as a model parent; one would be wrong.

Owens recently visited the Dr. Phil Show where he was hammered for being a less than suitable father by the mothers of his children. Kimber, Terrell’s first wife, accused the former NFL star of being absent in his 7-year-old daughter’s life, claiming that he has only seen her 12 times since birth. For his defense Owens blamed the lack of his presence on scheduling saying, “With me traveling back and forth, I don’t have a set schedule. Pretty much 90% of the time every time I’ve reached out it’s been a bad time.”
Although time is not always on his side, Terrell is willing to put more effort into spending more of it with his children because he wants them to know who their father is. Reflecting on his experience of nearly growing up fatherless Owens says, “I didn’t know who my daddy was until I was 10 or 12. Surprising as it may seem, he was living right across the street. It made me sad.” Not willing to make the same mistake, Terrell offered to take two of his children to Six Flags Magic Mountain after the segment ended.

Some of ya’ll sound like some bitter women hating fools. This money is not your money, I watch football and followed his career. He is a real trip. You all are talking about them not being all that and how you don’t even get such and such. WAS YOUR BABY DADDY IN THE NFL MAKING MILLIONS????? NO! I didn’t even know he had kids until about 2 years ago. If a judge awarded you such and such,you would not turn it down,so stop with the “they don’t need that much” This man spent tons of money on women,so why not give it to the women who take care of his kids? I knew of some trip trifline @ss women,but when it came down to their kids,they took care of them and did what needed to be done for them to be happy. Not all women all gold diggers. Women and men get pregnant all of the time. Are they gold diggers too? He knew what he was doing. There is not excuse for him have all these baby mammas. In his show,he would put down bw constantly. Serves his c@coky @ss right.
Wow! I just did the math,and these women will be getting more c/s in one year than I will have gotten in 18 year.Can’t they just forget about him.Good grief!
TO should be ashamed of himself! The kids are here now and there is no need to play the blame game. He had one excuse after another for not seeing his kids or spending time with them. I watch football ALL THE TIME, and many of the Players have families and I’m sure they don’t go years without seeing their kids. Child Support is based on the absent parents income ,so he probably was paying All that money according to his income. Now he’s no longer in the league his income is not the same,so the support will change.
Get it together TO! You should want more for your kids considering how your childhood was. Get involved and spend time with them babies. No more Excuses BUDDY!
Now people can say what they want about Lil Wayne but they can`t say that he doesn’t take care of his children. The only reason people talk so bad about him is because of his looks.
Dang I wish I got that much.I only get about $300 pr month and I have never gotten a cent extra.My son has never gotten any b-day gifts or Christmas gifts.Those women better be greatfull.
Dang! I get about $300 from my working middleclass ex.I wish I could get as much as them.Heck even $500 per month would help me out a lot.My ex doesn’t and has never offerd one cent extra either.I guess I should at least be glad that I’m getting something.Sucks for the mom’s who never get any financial help.
I watched this on yesterday and I have to agree with many that the women are just as much to blame as T.O. My grandmother always says that everything that glitters isn’t gold. They thought they had something because he was a ball player and now the children are suffering. No child needs as much money as these women are getting a month. One night of pleasure equals a lifetime of pain!!!!!
TO isn’t good looking to me at all, but I tend to see what’s on the inside first. These women thought having a child with an athlete would give them the life they deamed of. Now the children are sufferring. So sad. Even marrying a baller doesn’t mean squat. Isn’t TO getting married to Evelyn soon? I see baby #5 by woman #5 by late 2013.
Sad thing is, this seems to be the norm.

None of the women looked like they were even all that, but he is going to pay for being less discerning. Like I say, some of these dudes are long on breeding, short on feeding. I agree with PlainMean though, he is good-looking but crazy!
Its best just to marry one woman and have your kids with her. If you dont want kids and dont want to be a dad then dont have kids. Use birth control methods to prevent unwanted pregnancies!
I have to say he listening to the story is obvious that he was reckless in his prime. For the mother’s to say that it wasn’t all about the money I can’t believe that. None of the ladies owned up to having an actual career. Any woman who has ever received child support knows that it can change at anytime so depending solely on that check isn’t wise. The money they were receiving would and should have allowed them an opportunity to own a business, further their education.
But, if Terrell was more active he could have ordered a mandatory phone call every night through the courts, skype, voxer, facetime…etc. The women need to face reality that the money isn’t coming and get a job and he needs to face the music that it ain’t east having children everywhere with random women.
I don’t just blame Terrell I blame the woman as well their both guilty! They think getting with a baller is their meal ticket but they must realize all good things must come to an END! I don’t feel sorry for Terrell use protection and u wouldn’t be in this predicament! Damn atleast Lil Wayne and Swizz Beatz takes care all of their kids!

It takes 2 to tango and they should have provided some contraception for themselves. He just had 1 excuse after another. After while I got tired of hearing the BS he was spilling…SMH!! I like Terrell… But his situation is BAD! I truly hope his gets it together for the sake of his kids.

What I don’t get is how he could have not known who is dad was until he was 10 or 12 when the man was living right across the street.That’s really sad.I don’t know how some men could go years and year without knowing their kids or even where they are or how they’re doing.
His mother and grandmother kept it a secret because his father lived acrossed the street with his wife and family. Terrell was a child outside of marriage. I’m assuming he’s in his 40′s and in those days his mom would’ve been more concearned about her image more than anything else. The blame would of been mostly on her that she had a child with a married man and not that he cheated on his wife and had a baby outside of marriage. No woman was going to walk up to your door in the late 60′s early 70s and try to fight you for your husband or demand child support.
