DIONNE BROMFIELD FLAUNTS FOR “FLAUNT” MAGAZINE
Sixteen year old Dionne Bromfield may be the goddaughter of Amy Winehouse, but she isn’t relying on her godmother’s name to push her career into overdrive. She is making her own name shine in the music industry with her talent and unique style.
Dionne recently sat down with “Flaunt” magazine to talk about her relationship with her godmother and her music. Here’s what she had to say:
On the songs she writes: “My album is basically a massive gossip column about other people’s lives. I would say it is 80 percent about people and 20 percent is me. I like to observe the right- and wrong-doings of others.”
On her godmother: “Amy used to call me her older sister, and I never understood why. I have seen the world through Amy. I know what is right and what is wrong. I love what I am doing. I look at it like a bundle of fun.”
Dionne hopes to someday work with singer Beyonce. In the mean time, she is working on her third album.
