TAMI ROMAN’S TEENAGE DAUGHTERS EMBARASSED BY HER TV BEHAVIOR
Tami Roman may be known for her feisty behavior on VH1′s Basketball Wives, but it is this same behavior that has brought embarrassment to her two teenage daughters. During an appearance on the Wendy Williams Show on Monday, the reality show star vowed to change her bullying ways and to never “see that look [of embarrassment] on my children’s face again.” “I am raising my two daughters and [one] particular incident really taught me a valuable lesson. I wasn’t really acknowledging the platform that Vh1 had offered me, and I wasn’t really being responsible. For the first time I looked at my daughters and they weren’t really proud of their mom and they were embarrassed of me. I said ‘You know what, it’s ridiculous that I’m on TV, I have a huge platform, I should be responsible, I should be accountable, and I haven’t really been honoring that.’”
Season five of Basketball Wives will show off the new and improved Tami, but in the meantime, she is planning to pursue a career in acting. The budding actress is slated to star in a new show very soon. “I just signed on the be a series regular for a new show,” said Tami, “The network hasn’t made the announcement so I can’t really talk too much about it, but you guys will see me actually doing scripted programs.”

The only reason I am not going to hit you is because you look so pitiful and weak — that’s something Tami has said to her own children in various ways over and over when they were growing up.

Let’s not be fooled into thinking Tami hasn’t acted the fool with her daughters on many occasions. The way she talked down to Tami and tried to Jedi mind trick her into feeling responsible for her own abuse, you better believe that Tami has done that to her daughters MANY TIMES.
Tami is a liar and Tami will say anything to make herself “look good”.
If someone was foolish enough to offer her a role on any program, you better believe I will not be watching.
Tami is supposed to be lead a mature example for her two daughters. I hope they don’t tried to bully other females like that by watching their own mother acting like that.

I believe what she’s saying is all a ploy for ratings! It shouldn’t have taken her 4 seasons to realize she has some SERIOUS issues and she’s a bully…her AND Evelyn! What grown woman do you know runs across the table and throws bottles…COME ON NOW or uses the “B” word like you’re saying HELLO!!! I was done 2 season ago!! Susie needs to get a LIFE and stop trying to kiss a$$. Shaunie needs to be slapped for calling this BULL entertainment! Tami and Evelyn…when you meet you match…WATCH OUT because it’s gonna be some kinda UGLY!!

I’m glad to see she’s acknowledged her wrongs. Hopefully she is sincere and not just trying to save face.
I am not buying it that Tami has finally seen the light!
She is the BIGGEST BULLY on that show!
And I have FINALLY stopped watching it because it makes me sick that grown women most of them mothers would ALLOW themselves to be portrayed.
Tami simply has not met her match and the producers purposely only put weak woman on that show to cower to her antics.
She is a pitbull in a skirt and her daughters should be embarrassed by her behavior.
She could never walk through the doors of her children’s school if they were acting that way because they would have learned that behavior from HER.
The whole thing with Keisha’s purse reminds me of being little and someone BIGGER and nasty taking my toy and not giving it back. And then truly to twist the situation around to benefit her.
She NEEDS to use the platform that she has for GOOD not evil.
If nothing else she needs to act her age.

I’m not a fan of this show anymore either. I felt as though Tami behavior was so inappropriate. I was even more so upset that none of the women sitting at the table during the time that Tami was bullying Keisha felt the need to intervene and tell Tami she was wrong. Maybe they felt their loyalty was to Tami, but idc if one of my friends acting ignorant or dead wrong I would definitely call them out. This show is horrible and would never get my viewings again.
I’m glad that she realizes that and I hope she thinks of her kids when she gets ready to act out again. I really like her, but she has been such a bully on the show.
I’m so happy to hear that she’s had an awakening because she should be embarassed and it shouldn’t have taken her two young daughters for her to realize that.
Please that embarrassed her daughters not the fact when she was on real world accused David rape when all he did was playfully pull her off the bed. Look it up.
I am glad that Tami realized her behavior on television is inappropriate. Hopefully she will improve for the sake of her daughters.
If I had a mother like Tami I’d run away from home! Since Tami started BBW I can’t think of a moment when they would or should be proud of their mom! It makes no sense to bully and belittle a person just because u can! I actually stop watching BBW’s this season because of Tami and Evelyn they’re ridiculous! I hope that she and the rest of the women change for their children.

I agree! I felt bad for Keshia. Tami had no right talking down to her like that, saying she needs to apologize to get her bag back. WTF?! I was so mad, i wanted to jump into the screen. I doubt Tami is going to change. She’ll probably change for the moment, but it won’t last. Maybe that mild heart attack woke her up
