UPCOMING: KIDA BURNS AND TRISTEN CARTER STAR IN BATTLEFIELD AMERICA
Up and coming stars Kida Burns and Tristen Carter are among the young, super talented dancers in the new movie, “Battlefield America,” a dance movie written and directed by “You Got Served” entrepreneur, Christopher Stokes.
The movie centers around a businessman, played by Marques Houston, who gets in trouble with the law and is sentenced to community service. He is made to teach a group of misfit youngsters how to dance and ends up learning a few lessons of his own.
Kida, who plays Tommy, and Tristen, who plays Eric, captivate and entertain audiences with their dance moves during the film in the underground dance competitions called “battles.”
This is not the first time Kida and Tristen have shown off their dance moves; they have also torn up the stage on “Ellen” and “America’s Got Talent.”
Also starring in the film are Mekia Cox, from Nickelodeons “Noah Knows Best,” and Lynn Whitfield, from Disney’s “Cheetah Girls.”
“Battlefield America” is a high energy, fun film and is set to hit theaters on June 1st.
