PARIS JACKSON: “IT NEVER GETS EASIER”

Paris Jackson,14, is still coming to grips with the loss of her father, the late Michael Jackson. She recently told Oprah Winfrey that dealing with the loss “never gets easier,” in an exclusive interview for Winfrey’s OWN network.

Paris landed a role in Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys last year, and will be featured as the  movie’s central character when it debuts next year. When asked about the source of her passion for acting, Paris said, “When I was really little. My dad was in the movie ‘Moonwalker’ and I knew he could sing really well but I didn’t know he could act. I saw that and I said, wow, I want to be just like him.”

Contrary to some children who forget their parents’ advice, Paris remembers all of her father’s life lessons. “He [Michael Jackson] said, ‘If I die tomorrow, always remember what I told you. I took his advice and I remembered everything he told me,” Jackson said.

Viewers can enjoy the entire conversation between Paris and Oprah on Sunday, June 10, 2012 via OWN. Rapper 50 Cent will also be on the show. Check out a clip from the episode here!

How do you know if she is not black? Don’t forget black people come in many shades of color. Some black people can pass for white don’t forget. There are some black people who don’t even look black until they say they are.

For now, I am going to say she is half white and half black. Michael Jackson had stated he is the bio father. I am not going to listen to the media because they don’t know, only Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe know the answer.

Why do people keep bringing that mess up its over get over it

  • WriterSanti June 6, 2012 at 1:46 am

Good luck to her with her career.

  • Pisces June 5, 2012 at 11:57 pm

The only features that look African American to me are Paris’ nose and flat ironed hair. Other than that, Oprah looks 100% African American and herself hungry to stay in the public limelight.

I wish these kids the best, though. I love them and what they represent.

    • Pisces June 5, 2012 at 11:59 pm

I just want to hug Miss Paris! Good job…stay in school!

  • Tami June 5, 2012 at 9:08 pm

Dang Oprah is really trying to get ratings! Leave those kids alone. Sheeh

  • T June 5, 2012 at 9:03 pm

Paris is really pretty but she does not look biracial at all.I also wonder if the adult Jackson’s are pushing them to do these interviews. It seems like they do another interview or tribute every few months.Good grief seems like a steady job huh!

    • Ashley June 6, 2012 at 12:45 am

I could care less what her genetic makeup is. Michael was her father. However, she has very biracial features if you ask me. Her hair is quite curly (she straightens it) and she has naturally tanned skin. She has the same eye shape as Michael’s and the same cheekbones as many of the people in the Jackson family. She has Michael’s smile and Joe’s green eyes. Anything is possible, especially since Prince has vitiligo.

BCK you let this post but my comment is awaiting moderation? O_o

LMAO @misunderstood, she was in the Blue Ivy post as well.

  • PlainMean June 5, 2012 at 3:04 pm

Oprah needs ratings, and Paris wants exposure for her entertainment career – fair exchange! I’ll be tuning in, and turning once 50 Cent comes on the screen.

    • Sherley June 5, 2012 at 3:10 pm

      Lol.

    • Pisces June 6, 2012 at 12:14 am

I agree. Her father started entertaining younger than she is now, and I admire that that she wants to be more than a trust baby this early in her life. Her inheritance is already making her rich for life but it’s good to let her get out and do what her Dad did to make the money.

If it was good enough for her father and uncle and aunts to spend their childhoods working then this generation should be expected to do the same. Nothing wrong with the American work ethic.

  • Anon June 5, 2012 at 1:15 pm

Paris looks like Courtney Cox in that picture. She seems like a very well rounded kid.

  • Eva June 5, 2012 at 1:14 pm

The Jackson family is trying to get as much money as they can from these kids before they grow up and go out on their own and they’re just using Paris dream of acting as an excuse to why she’s always being interviewed I think it was a lot more to it when Michael said “me Nd Janet think so much alike” if you’ve noticed Mike nor Janet ever really were around the family or apart of any of their Jackson events I think they keep their distance for a reason and people need to stop using what Michael wrote in a book almost 10 years before he had kids to justify this stuff if Michael still believed what he said about how he would raise his kids in moonwalker then they would have never been veiled or home schooled a million things including molestation claims, and him becoming too powerful as an artist happened after he said that and people were after him so the whole he didn’t care if his kids wanted to be entertainers died once he became a bigger target
This interview is irrelevant and just more money for the Jackson’s and viewers for the failed own network it’s disgusting smh

    • tanya June 9, 2012 at 9:10 am

YOU’RE WRONG. Janet was ALWAYS around her family. There are hundreds of pictures with her family over the years. It was Michael who distanced himself when his family didn’t approve of his druggie lifestyle

  • Victoria June 5, 2012 at 12:37 pm

Paris is so pretty and so tall.

  • Brenda June 5, 2012 at 12:33 pm

Why are people all over Oprah for trying to get her ratings up? That’s the goal of everyone in television and movies, to get, keep, and improve their viewing numbers. It’s nothing new, and it’s not like Bobbi Kristina or Paris and the rest of the Jacksons and whoever else, are getting nothing out of going on her show. They got the exposure and the chance to say whatever it is they want to say to the public. Oprah didn’t force them to come on, she offered and they accepted.

  • Misunderstood June 5, 2012 at 12:02 pm

Lord someone is pretending to be MJ’s youngest son! Lord people really need help these days!

    • mel2 June 5, 2012 at 12:49 pm

      LOL

  • EverythingisEverything June 5, 2012 at 11:35 am

    Exploitation.
    Oprah disgusts me.
    Paris is beautiful.

    • SHARKIE June 6, 2012 at 5:15 pm

That means anyone Oprah interviews is being exploited. It’s like telling a Tax man not to do people’s taxes. This is what Oprah does. Paris could have said NO which I am sure she did to everyone else except O! Get a life all you Haters, your whining is annoying! No one held a gun to Paris’ head!

  • Nikki June 5, 2012 at 11:27 am

Oprah tries to act like she’s so caring and concerned. Please!! She’s doing it for ratings just like everyone else!!!

  • Misunderstood June 5, 2012 at 10:40 am

Paris has always seem so strong and I wish her continued strength and many blessings!

  • sillyme June 5, 2012 at 10:29 am

Oprah looks good in that picture. Paris, too.

  • selah101 June 5, 2012 at 10:07 am

honestly, what is this child going to say that we haven’t already heard from her, her brothers or her uncles? As much as I adore these kids and their late father, i do wonder why they are still giving interviews. It’s not like they’re famous, and it seems like there is some exploitation going on. Why can’t Paris just heed aunty Janet’s advice and chill a bit?

on a side note, she is looking rather stunning.

Awww..I can imagine how difficult it still is. You can never forget how someone great influenced your life. Not going to watch this though. She’s looking just like her mother..the prettier version.

  • kim June 5, 2012 at 9:00 am

first Bobbie K now París anything for ratings O?

    • Neonlove June 5, 2012 at 9:03 am

      Smh Oprah doesn’t care.
Paris is looking like Debbie Rowe in that pic. She’s much prettier though

    • Misunderstood June 5, 2012 at 10:39 am

I swear that was the same exact thing I was thinking!

      • Brenda June 5, 2012 at 12:24 pm

Not saying that what either of you are saying is completely untrue but how do we know whether or not Bobbi Kristina and/or her family weren’t the ones to reach out to Oprah? Either way, both girls had the option of not going on the show.
